you can buy acoustic panels which are like foam shapes, there will be 3d pyramids and ridged patterns sticking out all over your walls and it will almost completely soundproof it you could go nuts in there and it would be a one-time cost of under a thousand dollars instead of a recurring monthly cost of thousands of dollars to rent a big huge house that's too big and you don't need
