Got it, thanks.

I'll send all the ~25 Coin usernames I got to the team to credit the tickets, entries are closed now, so they can be checked for the $400 deposit and credited in time before the Sunday CoinMillion.

It's in progress at the moment, they're checking the list (of Coin nicks, I haven't written those above for privacy)

One final entrant LordOfSwings who messaged with a question on how to take part before the deadline, is also entered

That may be an unrelated ticket drop, giveaway or Mission I'm not aware of that. You'll also get the $215 one before the event

Btw you guys need to fix the lag on the app - I've accidently open limped (called preflop) many times instead of raise because it sometimes randomly lags and where pot button should usually be its on 'call'. My internet and ipad are fine its def the app.

Can’t see your posts in the new forum thread and can’t reply in the old one - but it’s standard practice pretty much everywhere that a deposit has to be wagered once for AML etc . It’s always been in the terms in one format or another … it’s just you don’t read the terms (there’s much more concerning stuff in CoinPoker terms than that )

(Will also point out it’s pretty much standard practice in land based and online to facilitate money laundering when there’s no closed loop payment system in place and the operator wants to be “paid” for the service (house edge/rake)
Eg land based - 3rd party wires money into an individual’s cage account - individual has to turn it over once and can then have it sent by wire to their own account and it looks like “winnings” to the receiving bank
Eg online - somewhere like Coin 3rd party could send crypto in to your account you play it through once and then send it on to your own crypto wallet as “winnings”
Not suggesting that anybody , player or operator in this discussion is doing it - but that’s how it works . It’s why authorities view certain operations as money laundering wet dreams - as Jspill says turning it over 1x is easy to do

It’s frustrating to have to come back here and keep complaining about the same issues, but I’m going to try one more time.

The winnings I accumulate at the tables aren't always being added to my CoinPoker balance.

I’ve sent numerous emails and posted here a few times hoping for a resolution or some help; CoinPoker support here on TwoPlusTwo asked me to send a private message but didn't even reply to it. I’ve recorded videos and taken screenshots trying to demonstrate this specific error, but I’ve run into another issue: when I try to record a video showing that my table winnings aren't reaching my main CoinPoker balance, I notice a bug in the "Transactions" tab where the dates are completely jumbled or not sorted chronologically.

Honestly, I really don't understand how a site with so many users can have such minor, unresolved bugs that hinder the resolution of the major issue I mentioned at the start: the fact that my table winnings aren't always being credited to my CoinPoker balance.

Keep in mind that the date sorting in the "transaction" tab isn't the biggest issue; rather, it's the fact that the winnings I'm racking up at the tables aren't fully returning to my original balance...

Fix please.

On top of the issues at the poker tables, I’ve also emailed you about some betting bugs; there are bets I placed on July 7th that—as you can see in the image—still show as "in progress."

I don't know if soccer or tennis matches usually last 3 to 5 days, but the matches I watch certainly don't take that long.

I'm mentioning tennis and soccer because they make up the majority of the bets I end up placing "to try and have some fun" 😀)

Oh, and thanks, CoinPoker; the rakeback system looks great to me. I’m not sure exactly how to calculate it, but it seems the site has done a good job in that regard—and, of course, the presence of recreational players also helps maintain good volume.

i was on the list for the $215 ticket and never got it.
