Crazy, what online-poker has become! Back in the day it was "I'm better than others", now it's some shady behind the scenes things. Stables are not helping the game, they are actually destroying it. The short-term-edge gained, destroys the eco-system. Poker is meant to be an individual game, teaming up contradicts the spirit of the game. You got ****ed for some money by someone contradicting this spirit, hard to feel sorry for you, you actually got what you deserved in the first place.

People in glass houses shouldnt throw stones
And people running stables shouldnt call other people scammers

The only court I 'lost' in is the court of clueless forum trolls who have absolutely zero knowledge of how high-tier B2B affiliate business works. Serious operators know the facts and the chat logs, and more importantly, GGNetwork Security is already handling their master agent tracker code on Betkings today. Keep typing your opinions, the network is doing the real work now

You, Ruben and Tiago are a cancer to everything that's poker.

Time for poker to have some radio-therapy.

And again F stables.

I'm no troll but let's put this in to perspective!
Yes you got lied to & in poker it's very common.
People buy pieces of each other or stake people only to be told you've been scammed and not getting paid when your runner has won a tournament. Eg. Jamie Gold tried to deny he sold 50% of his action in the $10k World Series Main Event but ended up paying a huge gambling tax bill plus half of his winnings went to his backer.
It's a very murky world we all live in.

Now did you get a contract to sign like you sign it with Veri-sign at both ends

You didn't as you took these two people's promise with zero written or signed contracts.

You see I've been in law for decades & apart from any kind of legally binding contract you're fighting an uphill battle for $5,000 after just 1 week of back & forth & then naming & Shaming in an attempt to get paid what you feel you're owed. Now 99% of people on here know that if you run an affiliate agency & accounts you've given to GG Poker break the rules and get banned then why should anyone including GG poker pay you for an account getting banned or suspended It's in their interest based on rake to keep as many accounts as possible to make as much profit as possible!

But in GG's case they make a contract with the player when they sign up & they agree to all the rules. If they break the Rules by colluding or multi accounting or many other cheating ways then they have stolen money from other players by doing this & you'd hope that the confiscated funds will go to the players cheated out of their Money.

It seems like you you're insistent that you want $5000 with nothing more than screen shots No signed contract just the word of people you know. It's not a criminal case but a civil case.
I'm sorry to tell you as you'll already know this is to take them to court will cost you much more than $5000 & that's if they decide to turn up Remember in poker so much broken trust happens daily. Very few make it to the court room.
Which Duristriction or country are you from & also the two guys who gave you what Is basically a "Pinky Promise"

I wish you all the best but you'll learn that with help you can make up legal contracts going forward. By all means I'll help you if you need help with writing a very good contract you can use going forward with verisign & KYC inserted to make a contract.

All the best. J

You are looking at this from a complete outsider’s perspective. In the high-volume iGaming and poker affiliate industry, Skype and Telegram chat logs ARE the industry-standard contracts. Hundreds of millions of dollars in volume move every single day based on these exact text exchanges between networks, master agents, and affiliates. Serious partners respect their given w

No completely disagree that a fully law abiding written contract or an online veri-sign contract is the way to go & if you're in to scamming then Telegram & Wattsapp etc is 100% not the way to go! I know 99% of businesses will not use social media platforms to agree a contract. Their is zero legal binding contracts on Telegram as Telegram ad an APP does not endorse or manage in any way, contracts between two parties in your case.

All you have are screen shots & yes broken promises & as a lawyer you're not covered in any way whatsoever. The chance of you winning this in a civil court where the proof threshold is much bigger than a criminal court will take all cases as long as you pay the legal fees.

You know you'll not fork out $1000's dollars to pay a lawyer & all the court fees if you lost your case.
Your case is not cut n dried as you've failed to provide signed contracts.

Screen shots are being thrown out these days as they are very easily faked with the likes of AI programs which can alter anything to say what you want. You'd need the file forensics & the Source code of each message you've sent to see if the document you're producing has not been altered & you'll need the Meta Data & Properties of each screen shot you use to back up your claim.

I'm a post grad IT/ Computing & Electronics software & hardware Scientist for many years to date & specialise in Computuer fraud, cyber Forenics & I then studied law & ive dealt with some of the biggest cyber frauds in & outside of the UK

My main advice is always in business get a contract set up & I've made a few hundred contracts between businesses which are fool proof. I wish you all the best but I can't see you getting your money back. Words are cheap & Contracts are Legally binding in most cases.

All the best. J

It is humorous that you state several times that you REJECTED the offer that did not pay out if you and your fellow scammers (ahem...stablemates) were banned. That is a red flag that shows you know you and your scammer group (ahem...stable) are likely to get banned. Wonder why that is? There always appears to be unfound and unjust bans by GG and other sites, and there are rare cases that are true, but in the end there is usually a pretty good reason they were banned, they broke the TOS agreement in some way.

I couldn't be happier that you lost your money and got scammed. Stables are a cancer and you participate in directly cheating recs and alike out of their money, which means there is less left over for those of us that are still individual players playing poker how it was meant to be played. I hope you lose more money and everyone in your scammer group (ahem...stable) lose their money and get banned from every site. That does not absolve the other two scammers. Hopefully they will get what they deserve as well.

Nothing funnier and more satisfying then two groups of scammers arguing over who is the bigger scammer!
