[CoinPoker] - Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
The new missions aren't enough for me continue to play - all 8-12% with high qualifying rake amounts. I paid ~$2500 in rake my first 6 weeks. Now i cashed out my bankroll. The rake is just too high - especially in double board bomb pots which is what I usually play.
Could you possibly send your username, I've sent this to senior management now, that does seem too low. They may ask me for your username to check this.
The missions haven't shown up for me yet; I play PLO5 cash games. Is anyone else in the same situation regarding the missions
Does anyone have any information about this
Same situation as you.
Switched back to a clubgg union (higher rake but 80% rb and way softer games) for time being
My last mission was 30% rb, the new one is 9.75%
Hi it was as an exclusive promo for players with an existing posting history on 2+2, as we are fans of this forum. We'll likely do another one for the $565 Battle of Malta main event on Aug 2nd though, if you could make a few posts on this forum, about anything in any subforum, then you'll be eligible for the next one. The last one ended on July 10th and was for the CoinMillion
Ok, cool tyvm.
Will there be another $215 1M Gtd tourney?
I won the free $44 satty to last one and never needs to use the last $215 promo you awarded here so it's just locked up in my account for 150 days in says, but I have to use for the exact $215 1M Gtd named one. Thanks again

The extra ticket can be refunded, in cases where a player already had a ticket for the same event and used it. If you email they'll do that, I saw other players were in that situation with their several CoinMillion tickets they had won from satellites. Yes we do plan to have more CoinMillion events though.
First increase rake, then slash rakeback
Who could have seen this coming? 🙂
Are you aware? The number of players at cash tables has dropped this month, especially in mid and high stakes. This was something you didn't foresee, in my opinion. While some fish players may have joined, just as many regular players have left or are considering leaving. To run and grow the system, you needed to take steps to properly balance it. Instead, you created a system that will disrupt the balance and confuse people. If it had been managed with a proper system, the number of players in the lobby would probably be over 25,000 right now.
I saw on twitter that the FBI is investigating Argentina team for money laundering/fraud related to their partnerships/sponsorships
given "Argentina’s National Football Team Welcomes CoinPoker as New Regional Sponsor"
is CoinPoker worried they will get screwed since
- CP operates illegally in the US
- CP is hosted on US owned Amazon (via smartfox)
- CP is "protected" from DDOS and stuff by US Cloudflare
- CP has a fake license.
if you do get screwed - how will people get paid?
The new mission allocated to me has rakeback % are now 8%, 10% and 12% only. The previous mission max % was about 30%. Wonder why it dropped significantly. Considering leaving the site in all seriousness because it's not even worth playing anymore. The games and the rakes seem very unbeatable now.
Anyone know if coinpoker has issued any reply to the claims in this video?

Here is the TLDR for anyone who doesn't want to watch a 34 minute video:
- Regulatory concerns: CoinPoker utilizes an offshore license from the autonomous island of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros). The video notes that the Comoros central bank and federal authorities have described these licensing entities as fictitious or illegal (7:52-8:11).
- Exclusion of target markets: The license explicitly excludes by name the countries where most CoinPoker influencers reside and broadcast, such as the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia (8:44-9:00).
- Promoter liability: The video highlights a recent landmark legal precedent where an Australian influencer, Brenton Budajedge, was fined $240,000 for promoting an illegal gambling operation, significantly exceeding the earnings he made from the activity (4:58-5:39).
- The "Gateway" tactic: Many creators use a personal website to redirect viewers to CoinPoker affiliate links. The narrator contends this structure is an attempt to dodge platform enforcement and serves as evidence of "consciousness of guilt" in a legal context (17:30-18:33).
- Jonathan Little controversy: The video critiques professional poker player Jonathan Little for partnering with CoinPoker despite having previously published content on his own channel warning against promoting unregulated gambling sites (12:28-15:07).
- Broader enforcement and platform risks:
- Global crackdown: Judicial infrastructure against influencers is increasing across multiple continents, with actions ranging from fines and prohibition orders to criminal arrests, as seen in Australia, Brazil, the Netherlands, and elsewhere (18:52-21:21).
- Google and YouTube liability: A recent EU court ruling found that Google can be held liable for promoting illegal gambling content when it has a commercial partnership (revenue sharing) with the creator. This significantly raises the risk that YouTube will terminate or demonetize gambling-adjacent channels to protect itself from fines (23:05-25:48).
- Coordinated enforcement: Regulators from several nations (including Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Spain) have formed a joint agreement to share intelligence and coordinate complaints regarding illegal gambling advertising (21:30-22:12).
- Global crackdown: Judicial infrastructure against influencers is increasing across multiple continents, with actions ranging from fines and prohibition orders to criminal arrests, as seen in Australia, Brazil, the Netherlands, and elsewhere (18:52-21:21).
- Actionable advice for creators:
- Check licenses: Verify if the sponsor is legally licensed specifically in the audience's home countries (29:32-29:54).
- End high-risk deals: Terminate partnerships with unlicensed platforms and remove or geo-restrict related content (29:55-30:04).
- Document compliance: Maintain records of voluntary actions taken to cease promotion (30:01-30:07).
- Seek legal counsel: Consult with a media or gambling lawyer to understand individual exposure (30:22-30:33).
- Check licenses: Verify if the sponsor is legally licensed specifically in the audience's home countries (29:32-29:54).

Tagging the FBI on your X posts is hilarious, zero chance anyone takes you serious
Hey everyone,
I’ve only been on 2+2 for a few days (this is actually one of my first real posts here), so I wanted to introduce myself properly instead of just jumping in. I’m a regular player on CoinPoker and I’ve recently become an affiliate as well. I’m not some big streamer or content creator with thousands of followers I had basically zero audience when I first reached out to them. They still welcomed me and gave me a chance anyway, which honestly meant a lot. A lot of rooms only care about big names, so that small gesture made me respect them even more.
I’ve been grinding on CoinPoker pretty consistently for a while now, and I wanted to share my honest experience as someone who actually plays there every week, not just someone who reads headlines or listens to drama. There’s been a lot of back and forth in this thread lately (some of it pretty negative and repetitive), so I figured I’d add a long, detailed post from a real player’s perspective instead of just short replies.
First off, I genuinely like playing on CoinPoker. The games feel good, the traffic is solid across a bunch of stakes (especially once you get past the micros, and they’ve been running some really big tournament series That matters to me.
What really stands out to me though is the support. I’ve had a couple of small issues over time (mostly account-related or small technical things after the big March update). Every single time, support got back to me fast usually same day, sometimes within a few hours. I’ve played on other room where you wait 3–5 days for a reply on something simple, or you have to chase them through multiple tickets. That hasn’t been my experience here at all. They’ve been responsive and actually helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re playing serious volume.
On top of that, the fact that they gave me a shot as an affiliate even though I had almost no following at the time says something. They didn’t need to do that. A lot of places only want proven volume or big audiences. They took a chance on me when I was basically starting from zero, and that kind of thing builds loyalty for me. I’m not here just to shill, I actually believe in what they’re trying to do with the site.
Now, about all the trolling and negative posts that keep popping up… I get that every poker room has critics, and some criticism is fair. No site is perfect. But a lot of what I’ve been seeing lately feels like the same few people repeating the same claims over and over, often without much proof. So I wanted to address some of the common points with what I’ve actually experienced and what’s publicly known.
Withdrawals
This is one of the things people love to attack. I’ve seen claims that cashouts are slow or risky. In reality, CoinPoker is one of the fastest rooms out there because it’s crypto-native. Independent tests (not just from me) have shown BTC and USDT/USDC withdrawals clearing in as little as 4–15 minutes end-to-end in many cases. Even on weekends. I’ve cashed out multiple times myself and it’s been quick every time. Compare that to rooms that take days or have banking delays ,there’s a huge difference.
Software and updates
Yeah, the big March 2026 update changed a lot and not everyone loved every change. Some features people wanted (like sit-out next BB) took longer than expected. But they’ve been actively developing and listening. The client is much more modern now, and they keep adding stuff. It’s not perfect, but it’s moving forward instead of staying stagnant like some older rooms.
Tournaments and action
They’ve been running serious guarantees, things like the big CoinMillion events, Battle of Malta series, and weekly big GTDs. These aren’t fake overlays. The money is there and fields are decent. Cash game traffic has been consistent too, especially in the mid-stakes.
I’m not saying CoinPoker is flawless or that everyone will have the exact same experience. Poker rooms all have their issues sometimes bad beats, variance, occasional bugs, whatever. But from where I’m sitting as an actual active player (and now affiliate), the positives heavily outweigh the negatives for me. Fast crypto handling, responsive support, real promotions that pay, and they took a chance on me when I had nothing. That combination is rare.
If anyone has specific questions about my experience, whether it’s about playing, cashouts, support tickets I’ve had, how the affiliate side works from a small creator’s perspective, or anything else, feel free to ask. I’m happy to answer honestly. I’m not here to fight with people or argue for the sake of it. I just wanted to put a long, detailed post from someone who actually plays there and likes it, because there’s been a lot of one-sided noise lately.
Appreciate the ones who are actually trying to have real discussions in here.
Thanks for reading if you made it this far

Black Friday didn't stop the grey market. If CoinPoker falls tomorrow people will literally deposit somewhere else within weeks. Everyone that deposits already knows the risks involved and yet they still do it. Playing from the comfort of your home on a global site with significant traffic and large prize pools are too enticing. It is a never ending cycle

My response was more in relation to "why would the FBI care" intimated by the other guy
Totally correct, players will deposit somewhere else within weeks (in most jurisdictions). Somewhere/anywhere else would be better for all involved imo

I’m not sure about that.
I mean, I think many players, when they see an active online poker room, take it for granted that it has all the necessary documentation to operate.
They don't ask questions. They just want to play.

A lot even read the "blurb" and feel reassured
