CoinPoker Problems

CoinPoker Problems

Good morning to all site users. I have been dealing with far too many issues with the "CoinPoker" software; up to this point, I have tried to handle the situation patiently and intelligently by communicating with support.

I sent dozens of emails, but most of the responses focused on my operating system, logs, and other information irrelevant to resolving the main issue—getting a refund.

As the email exchange dragged on, my patience wore thin and my desire to play on the site steadily faded—despite the great initial incentive I had back in March. That was when I started using the software with a 100% rakeback promotion, which allowed me to boost my bankroll and play a high volume of hands; since then, I’ve played around 198,000 hands and have been quite profitable (in my view).

The first problem:

"Freeze tables,

For this issue, they basically asked me to keep sending operating system information, logs, and other data; I did everything they requested, but whenever I bring up a refund, they start talking about sending hand histories or tournament numbers—which makes no sense, given that the problem involved frozen tables where the buy-in apparently wasn't returned to my balance.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2nd problem:

I was seeing incorrect profit figures at the tables—exactly what it sounds like: at certain tables, when I checked the "Table Details" tab to analyze real-time results, it showed one amount, while the "Game History" showed another. I sent multiple emails about this; it felt like they were trying to exhaust my patience. Finally, a support representative who also acts as the official CoinPoker contact on the TwoPlusTwo forum managed to help me, and I received a refund of $156.15 USD. I had previously sent emails with evidence that didn't seem to suffice, but once I submitted a video recording showing both the "Table Details" and "Game History," it was accepted. Naturally, I then requested a full audit of my account, as I might have lost money due to the same issue in other instances—a request I am currently waiting to be processed.

Regarding the two issues, they confirmed that such problems did indeed exist; I am once again awaiting a comprehensive review to determine the extent of any potential loss and whether I will receive a refund if this is confirmed.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The second issue led me to notice a third one: I realized the profit figure displayed at the table was incorrect again. I checked the game history but couldn't find the specific session I had played—information I needed to verify the error and send to support. My goal was not only to resolve the issue and prevent others from facing the same problem but also, obviously, to provide proof for a refund regarding the times I had been shortchanged. (It is possible this third issue doesn't actually exist—it might have just been a site update delay—but I recorded a video anyway and sent it to CoinPoker support via the 2p2 forum.)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4th problem:
Sports betting—I place sports bets for fun; rooting for a team while having a wager on the game is enjoyable, and I like it. I usually bet on tennis, soccer, and Counter-Strike matches. However, after analyzing how much I was losing (haha... -.-), I noticed that some bets were displaying the message "game in progress." Since tennis, soccer, and Counter-Strike matches rarely last 3–4 days, I submitted a support ticket and—if I’m not mistaken—also posted about it in an official CoinPoker thread on this very forum.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I really enjoy playing on the site—the player pool is appealing and the layout is good—but I’ve sent so many emails that I’m feeling worn out. Of course, this is partly due to the huge volume of hands I’ve been playing, which shows I don’t want to stop playing there just yet; however, the sheer number of issues is making me want to look into other options. I play 6-max and heads-up PLO5 cash games. There are other things I’d like to mention—like the high rake at some tables—but that would make this post massive, so I prefer to hold off for now.

Please excuse my English or any repeated messages; I used Google Translate to write this post.

These are some of the emails sent to the site-though there were multiple replies within the threads; I believe I've sent around 10 to 20 emails trying to find a solution, a full audit, and a refund.

Note that some of these emails contain files with log data, videos, and screenshots-all in an effort to resolve the entire situation.

Obviously, I have no intention of trying to tarnish the site's reputation or anything of the sort-after all, I could have stopped playing when these problems first started-especially considering my hand volume and the fact that I moved twice, including a period spent staying with my mother while looking for a place to live.

Over the last 30 days, I believe I've played about 40k hands and sent emails =^-^=

Oh my God, I almost forgot about this last issue. For those who play on CoinPoker, many users likely know that when the message "Buy-out In Progress" appears in the Transactions tab, it means the system hasn't yet updated your balance after you left the table. Given the various issues I've encountered, I decided to review past records-and naturally, I recorded a video and sent it to support-to check if I was being shortchanged in any way regarding this message.

I certainly sent a message to support informing them and asking them to look into this as well.

I'll leave some ticket numbers from the emails sent to support, but I believe the support team active here on the forum is also aware of all this:
