2024 Fantasy Football Thread
Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of Jan
Alright, IΓβm officially done drafting playoff best ball. DonΓβt think drafting my last 50 mitten 2s will yield anything unique and IΓβm getting bored of them hahaHereΓβs what I have (need Seahawks in the sb, always fun to rely on Sam Darnold haha)
Spoiler
Noticed no 49ers players or Carolina.
I have 20% cmc think he is good for a game or two

I’m just making a bet against the 49ers basically. They are good players individually, but I just think the defense is too bad to make the SB with and CMC is priced v high
I probably should’ve mixed more in as advance rate pcs though strategically, but I made my bet so not much I can do at this point
The majority of my volume is mittens and those advance 2/6 in rd1
It’ll be hilarious if the Panthers beat the Rams after all of these mega Rams stacks that people are loving.
Looks good
Just saw they dropped the mitten 3 haha, tempted to get back in there if it has a chance to overlay
The last 6 SB winners all had a total DVOA in the top 5.
Current DVOA
Take out DET and IND since they're eliminated and move up JAX and DEN.
If the Mitten 3 is going to overlay, then I'll probably just auto a bunch on Friday night. Set my ranks to take out everyone except SEA, LAR, HOU, JAX, and DEN within like the top 40 ADP and hope for the best.
Some controversy going on with DK.
I hope that team gets cancelled . I can’t get Cook and happen together let alone that late .
Yeah, Puka, Josh, Cook, Kyren is just absurd.
I’m also seeing a bunch of other trash with teams drafting a QB in each of the first 4 rounds, followed by 3 straight TEs. Or something dumb along those lines.
Seems to be 5-10 common users in these questionable drafts. And none of the alleged colluders are even building super teams.
It’s the drafters who know what they are doing that are innocent but ending up in these rooms that are landing super teams.
Herzig posted he’d be willing to take a year off from best ball if DK hired him to solve their collusion problem lol.

I assume these get cancelled since they’ve cancelled my drafts before with one guy doing stupid picks .
I hope so for all of y’all playing these contests. Too much variance in these contests already without collusion too.
DK assistant is being tagged on X for these screenshots.
I’m maxxing it out so I’ll be annoyed if I see that team in the finals . And I’m all over the bills already.
The problem with the Bills is most of their points come from Allen and Cook.
Maybe the draft that Stuart posted gets cancelled, but I'd take the teams at 1.03, 1.05, or 1.06 to advance past the first round over the 1.01.
Can’t believe the Ravens fired Harbaugh…
Off the top of my head (confident in t3, not at all in bottom 3)
Available coach rankings
1. Harbaugh
2. Kubiak
3. Monken
4. Stefanski
5. Flores
6. Shula
Meanwhile, the Titans are planning to interview Jason Garrett lol.
Seems like the Ravens chose Lamar over Harbaugh. Sometimes it’s just time for a change. Could definitely go way worse, though.

Just auto'd 5 drafts as a test, and really glad I did. Only 2 of 5 had full SB teams.
Would be pretty fun if Arizona hired Monken and kept Kyler for at least a season to see if Kyler actually is nothing or if he can be a star. Monken would at a minimum tailor a system around Kyler
Saw a clip on ESPN where Mina suggested Miami get AR. I don't think he's good, but could be fun fantasy wise (if he can stay healthy).
Seems like AR has work ethic problems. Hard to believe in that improving. But maybe a new environment and different coaching could help.
