I switched from ****ing Haldol which is THE NUT ****ING WORST.
Zombie is a compliment, its not even zombie its MUCH WORSE. You are basicly a living dead.
And they put me on horse doses because im built like I am.

So Yeah I am stuck between a rock and a hard place....

yeah brate, doing my ****ing best...

today i started with bench.
felt easy initially but at 100kg+ it felt like a ****ing ton.
plan was 130 kg x2 but i quit at 120x2 which felt like a ****ing ton....
backed of with 90kg x5 x5 x8

then i did 18kg in incline press 12 reps 12 reps 15 reps.

and that was ****ing it....

what's up my brother thanks for being in my journal!

my day look kind of similar.
i work at a school so right now so for lunch i eat what's given there.
but starting diet on monday.

plan looks like

chicken and rice for breakfast
minced meat with rice for lunch
chicken and rice again
minced meat with rice again

protein shakes

like 140+ g of protein maybe 2200 kcal..

today i did BACK!

Cable row:
up to max in weight 130 kg but just a couple of reps

t bar rows:
+20kg x20
+40kg x15
+60kg x12

over and out...
