Have not seen:
Sherlock

Really good. Not necessary to have read the original stories, but there's a lot of fun references back to them in this show. It stands well on its own, though.

Comparing Chernobyl with It's Always Sunny

hmm...

The Gang Has A Meltdown

peep show is the greatest sitcom ever made

called peep show because it's a first person perspective - which is really jarring at first so give it a chance because it takes a while to feel normal but it's elite comedy and everyone i've introduced to it has loved it

peaky blinders up there really makes me question the value of that list though

chernobyl is good but nowhere near goat status imo

That list is a joke. Where's Homicide? Where's 24? etc.

Well I finally got to watch the Last of Us, Season 2, episodes 1 and 2. It was Grade A, especially episode 2 , especially frantic infected zombies , especially a super-zombie, especially flames. What would our video world be over the last 60 years without apocalyptic zombie stories? Thanks George Romero.

i dont think mini series should be in the same list as series that ranover 4+ seasons , comparing a show with 4-6 episodes (4-6hrs total) to a searies with like 70 1hr episodes....

Peaky blinders should no way be that high

battlestar gallactica 19th 😃 lolz

Also fargo season1 was good the rest were naff imo

basically all of the shows that were created for the lowest common denominator are not great shows

Lol why is stranger Things on the list?

Yes it is. But it benefits from only being 5 episodes long.

Just started Mobland based on the suggestions here. 4 episodes and enjoying though the accents can be tough at times to understand

man .. the agency, e10.
so they waited and waited, and then put all the action into the final episode of season 1.
nicely done.

I finally resubbed to P+ and got to see this! My last sub ran out the day before the Ep 10 premier. :P

I turned on the subtitles. There are also a lot of slang words in the script that would have gone right over my head without the subtitles.

It's actually a list of dramas that once tingled middle aged white guys.

Every time I see it I never understand the last column in that show list. Is that IMDB fan votes?

I don't recognize several of the column heading logos in that chart. It's quite a puzzle.

game of thrones is the 2nd best television show of all time...

yeah whats the 4th one, the popcorn thing? and #5, the first m one?

Mr Robot should be near the bottom of the first tier.

I caught up with The Last of Us. The show is straight up bad. Boring stories and characters. I'm done giving it another 60 minutes.

Enjoying:
MobLand on Paramount
Your Friends and Neighbors on Apple
100 Foot Wave S3 on Max

Watching but kind of meh:
The Studio on Apple
Four Seasons on Netflix
Andor S2 on Disney - disappointed because I LOVE S1
TLOU on Max

Re: The bolded. Agreed. I turned off s2e1 about 1/2 hour in. Admittedly I was tired, but at that point it didn't resemble s1.

Finished s3 of Dark Winds - I enjoyed it, despite a few smh moments, But the real LOL moment for me had to do with writers who are too young to know the source of certain sayings.

In e8 (no spoiler here) one character says "I hope you're not fool enough to be drinking her cool aid."

"Drinking the cool aid" entered the vernacular after the Jonestown massacre, which took place in 1978. s3 of Dark Winds takes place in 1972.

i don't think it's bad, but i quit it after season 1, once i accepted that's how i felt about it too. just kind of a mid-tier time-waster

Tonight's episode was anything but boring, but to each their own.

Alright I caved and watched the episode. So these two are just on girls vacation doing some exploring with some minor travel mishaps. What happened to the chick being in a fit of rage and pissed off hell bent on revenge instead of trying to be quiet she's singing 5 minute songs? She's happy she's got to deal with "being a dad" now too? Again 90% of the episode was boring.
