To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

What is going on?...

I've been trying to get withdrawals on my account unblocked for 3 and half months and sent everything that was requested but communication seems stuck since Tax Return was requested. As explained in the last email sent, I don't receive tax return due to not having taxable income and online poker which is my only source of income isn't taxable in Croatia, so I couldn't have possibly received any tax return.
I would appreciate if somebody could review my case and if some other document is required I will gladly send it.

I would like to get this reviewed or get guidance who I should contact to get it fixed.

I made a 4000$ skrill cashout at 18th August, and the cashout hasn't been processed until today. At first it was said it was not possible to proceed the cashout with skrill, but it would be no problem to make a bank cashout instead. I would have to provide a bank statement and a utility bill instead. So I provided the documents.
At 26th August I received a email from 888 poker stating "Thank you for uploading your documents. We are happy to advise they have been approved."
Unfortunately, until this day I haven't received any money in my bank account. I kept asking the agents in the 888 chat about an update to the cashout several times. I am only getting the same answer over and over again. Its said, that my issue "has been escalated to the responsible department". I did not get a single reply from the responsible department tho.
