FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

Hi! I made a deposit, asked for documents for verification. To confirm the address, they requested a utility bill OR a bank statement. I cannot provide a utility bill, since the property is registered to my wife, I sent an extract from one bank - it did not fit, from the second bank - they replied that they needed a utility bill, wrote to support, again they demanded a utility bill. I passed verification on other sites, there were no problems. I understand that most likely my actions are useless, but I'm still curious what the question is? I ask the representative of 888poker to clarify the situation if possible,my nickname in the room is 77sasa77.

Why should my account be limited? There were two inspections last year, everything was fine! I made regular deposits and withdrawals without any problems.

The email support is a total clown team that keep resend content over and over again without really reading and provide a true solution to a player problem.
I sent ID, explain my situation about address, even sent picture of me holding ID to clarify. This clown support team really not helping and frustrating me for days. I even reached reddit with no help.

I cannot understand why with the same ID other site process so quick but this one just made me feel like scam.

Please this time be a freaking real person that support the player via email, i'm really **** done with repeating mess from clown. And freaking verify for people if they are real person, interact hard for their rights, and let them withdraw their money, Jesus. I read far too many posts on reddit about money holding and verification problems from too many fella already. Just don't let me regret because of putting money into your site.

Yesterday i noticed that after closing the app i would get a popup of "important notice" but couldnt read anything as it would close very fast.

Today i logged in to the software, played for a little while with no issues and then decided to check the website only to find i get redirected to:

Thing is, i know you guys closed operations in USA because of the license change but i live in south america, more specifically, Perú.

So.. what is going on?

I literally can play the tables with no issues, im assuming your team is redirecting incorrectly but you are gonna scare a lot of people for no reason..

Is there Hungarian-speaking customer service there? It's getting ridiculous. They just steal the players money??? I will have to hire a lawyer.

I guess they mean an e-mail they sent to you in the past (last year).


Did people received their rakeback?


No. The promotion disappeared from the website, you can only see it as a banner in the lobby...lets hope its just a coincidence.
edit: is it possible that you are not eligible for rakeback promo if u havent made a deposit in the current year?

I didnt deposit last year either. I started a bankrollchallenge from freerolls and doing good so i didn't need to deposit.


888rep has the rakeback promo been discontinued?


I didn't get rakeback for at least the last few weeks, only noticed the promotion is still advertised today. Were you guys still getting it in December?
