To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

Hello, after trying to get my cashier unlocked for 2+ years, today 888 finally decided to permanently ban my poker account.


Firstly i am a full time player. But also i have not even been able to deposit for the last few years whilst consistently withdrawing winnings, and they also sent me the rest of the funds in the account which wasn't a small amount, so clearly i can afford to play.


Here was my last correspondence with them, after they asked for extra details.

Even if you just want to stop me from being able to deposit ever again, i think i should be allowed to play with what remains in my account. I get the feeling that someone in the company just couldn't be bothered to deal with my case.

Any help getting my account unbanned would be appreciated.

Hi, 888 is illegally withholding withdrawal. I ordered withdrawal before the new year. I received a letter on December 27 that the withdrawal was approved and it will arrive in 1-3 days.
More than two weeks have already passed.
The withdrawal of funds did not arrive, they did not write anything to me by email. And support ignores all my letters. Please look into this or I will write to the Gambling Commissioners.
It seems to me that 888 is running out of money, and they clearly have problems since they are delaying the withdrawal. I also know a lot of stories with account blocking, where the support service checks the player’s passport for 6 months in order to withhold money. I think they have serious problems.

it doesnt't unban u automatically after the 24h mark. I talked to some people that needed theyre account unbanned manually on 888 and party that is. So I just wanted to draw some attention to me. Don't know what ur porblem is tbh but thanks for ur participation on this support thread. xoxo

Unfortunately, they lied to you. In this letter they wrote to me that I could not carry out the withdrawal that was approved back in December. And they said that a letter had been sent to me. But I didn’t receive any letter, and the withdrawal was hanging in the cash register.


From the beginning they approved the withdrawal of funds. THEN they canceled it (according to them in the letter), but they did not cancel it at the checkout, and did not send me any message by email.

They were silent for 2 weeks, and as soon as I wrote, they told me that there would be no withdrawal, but we sent you a letter, which there is no. Then they asked to provide additional documents to make a new conclusion. I provided it immediately and again the email was completely ignored. Perhaps through you it will be possible to resolve this issue in less than a month. Since I've been waiting for 3 weeks already.

And at the same time, I am a member of the VIP support club.

Thank you very much for helping to resolve this issue. I hope through you we will be able to resolve the issue faster than through mail.

Hi, 888 froze my account for strange verifications throughout the year. I sent them documents, they unfroze it, I played for a month, then the freeze happened again, and this repeated several times. The last time they froze it, they asked me to send my passport about 5 times, and each time they claimed that my passport didn't meet their requirements, which is complete nonsense. In the end, they confiscated my money and refuse to return it.
Could you please advise on what to do in such a situation? I hope for assistance from a representative of 888 on this forum. For now, I would like to resolve the issue without public disclosure.

Maybe publicly complaining helps.... For months I'm struggling to get my account unlocked. I keep on verifying my details but 1. I get a responds asking for something else which I already sent. 2. I get no responds. 3. They ask me to verify something out of the blue which has no relevance whatsoever (asking to verify my cc, while I deposit last time with other method) 4. Ask me to talk in livechat, which I can't enter since my account is locked. It's starting to become very frustrating. I've never dealt with such incompetent support and it's like I'm being trolled.

I would highly appreciate if one of the 888 reps here can help me. I just want to withdrawal my locked funds and never deal with this site again.

I dont know this case in particular, but i know cases like this happen a lot, where 888 keep asking for the same docs even after receiving them, over and over again.


Hello. please help me resolve the issue. Since January 6, no withdrawals have been received; until that day, everything was standard. May I know what is causing this delay? Email support does not respond. and is there at least one phone number for contact?
