Maybe publicly complaining helps.... For months I'm struggling to get my account unlocked. I keep on verifying my details but 1. I get a responds asking for something else which I already sent. 2. I get no responds. 3. They ask me to verify something out of the blue which has no relevance whatsoever (asking to verify my cc, while I deposit last time with other method) 4. I have won a 320$ tounament ticket on dec 19th on the daily 640$ freeroll, but it was only valid for 10 days, it expired on dec 29. I couldn't use it because of the Holiday Sale Promotion running from dec 17 to dec 30, all the 320$ tournament fees were reduced to 160$. There was not even one tournament I could play. I contacted live chat before the expiry date and I was told it would be re-granted to me. After a few weeks of contacting live chat and sending emails. I got an answer that they won't re-grant the ticket. It is really unfair.
(No one could use these ticket who won at the 640$ daily freeroll between dec14 and dec22 , because these tournaments only run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Now 888 is just keeping at least 5760$(2player*9days*320$) for themselves)

I lost two 109$ tickets from the cashier. The support in the online chat said they will respond with email, but I don’t think I have time for a particularly leisurely investigation, one ticket will run out in two days, the second in three.

I can only think my 300$ withdrawal request triggered this situation. Is this any rule against withdrawal havin won tournament tickets in cashier? I have not touched any deposit bonuses on 888 in years, I have plenty amount of cash (more than 2000$) on account now.
Last deposited 500$ two month ago, had 3 withdrawals since, about 1k. I have lost on satellites over 100$ from my account this week and I think over 1000$ in revenue (meaning satellites and tournaments fees) this January, this is my ordinary activity. So what the hell? Seems thievery to me.

I am a German player, and we receive a lot of restrictions from the state... what I don't understand is why the legal rooms cannot offer adequate support like in other countries, VIP rakeback system, promotions, etc. . Is there any hope of seeing our discrimination alleviated in the future? or just because we are players who live in Germany we can no longer compete in an international market, therefore giving the green light to non-legalized poker rooms?

Very generetic post in the wrong thread - Out of the regulated sites 888 is the one with the least restrictions compared to the rest of the Playerpool. No extra Rake, all we aren't getting is earning gold Tokens, which equals to just a very minor Rakeback % anyways.
