To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.
If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

I put money for withdrawal on the 18th of January.
Withdrawal to skrill/neteller usually takes 1-3 working days
After 2 weeks, the withdrawal is still in "in process" in the cashier.
I spoke to live support and was told that they will pass the information to another department and write to my email within 3 days. 3 days passed - no answer.
My second dialogue with the support service: I was told that I need to send the documents for verification, which I immediately did, I received an email that the answer will be within 24-72 hours. 72 hours passed - no answer.
Today I wrote to live support again and was told that it turns out that no documents are needed from me at the moment, at least the agent had such information, and said that they will again pass the information about my pending withdrawal and will reply with a letter "later"
Can you please provide 100% information if I need to send something or not? If yes, then what, if not, can you please tell me the reason for the delay in withdrawal?
I noticed that many in this thread are having similar problems

You must have missed them somehow because the poker management team said they are running daily with no issues. Maybe check your filters.

My account was banned for some reason before (which I don't know), after my ban was removed. I've been asked to send new documents in order to finish verification which got me banned in the first place (at least I assume).
Which I couldn't finish for 1-2 months.
For a week I was collecting all kind of documents to send in 1 message. Everything which I have to finish that process. I sent

I’ll describe my story with 888 poker: I had a blocked account (blocked without reason or explanation, I didn’t use or use any prohibited programs in online poker), after 1.5 years I decided to write to support to unblock my account, well, maybe they’ll come to their senses and thought about unblocking , wrote them the same letters for a month, the answer was positive, they asked me to send documents for confirmation and verification of the account, I sent them a letter that all restrictions were lifted (all letters of correspondence are available with account confirmation). But as soon as I made a deposit, they blocked my account, writing that our membership was terminated and the deposit will not be returned, they themselves allowed it and blocked it themselves after making the deposit (strange situation), I wrote to the commission but have not yet received an answer. 888pkoer it is useless to communicate, they are like robots, sending the same letters without justification or explanation. Already sent many (1. Phone bill 2. Water bill 3. Electricity bill - nothing accepted; screens from skrill and other payment system - not accepted; note from bank and tax invoice - also not accepted; goverment notification - also not accepted; Rental agreement which was outdated - also not accepted). Provided all kind of selfie and passport pages, and everything match each other. Rental agreement and all documents having same adress, also you might track my internet connection which also belong to same city.
Moreover I know some people(from Thailand) who send similiar documents (phone bill and note from the bank) and their documents were accepted.
What do I want? I want clear respond whats wrong with documents I sent and how to finish this process. Whats the point of replying - that I need to send alternative bill if it is not gonna be accepted. If you are not happy with little bit of thai language here and there, it is possible to translate.
