was able to earn points after 700 and currently at 706 FYI
just wanted to confirm, seems like there are more buyins available on the app for cash games, whereas on the computer there are only 40,70,100bb?
Wow shocked at the level of people still having issues. I quit WSOP online after the merge after playing ~30 hrs a week for the last 2 years. The amount of negative changes made me say F*ck wsop.
I just came to the thread to see if it was still having problems and I'm shocked it's still this bad.

Has anybody heard from support about being reimbursed for the player points that were earned from being stuck on 700 through the end of June? Now that its a new month it has reset back to 0. Im very curious if they will reimburse players who were stuck at 700.
I’m heading to NJ to play some online bracelet events over July 4th weekend. I crated a new account on WSOP NJ with the tristate merge. How long is it taking folks to get verified? I uploaded license, utility bill, PayPal screen shot and bank statement. When I attempt to deposit, I get that my deposit failed and a message with a phone number to call for Global Payments. Deposits have always been really easy on WSOP PA so I’m not sure why it’s failing.
It really sucks that go back to level 1 on the first of every month. There should be a number you can reach that you earn top status for the year.
They have taken note of all the accounts that were stuck at 700. Rakeback were dispersed and they thought issue was closed. I notified I was never reimbursed my rakeback and they said they will look into it. Speaking to someone high up in WSOP.
I dont have X or don't know how to view all of what you posted. But I hope they also change sit out next hand to sit out next BB as the default. Same for the mobile app. Also sit out from all tables next BB gets cancelled when unchecking sit out from one table. Very annoying when winding down my session. Also the wsop loading circle won't go away sometimes after logging in for me.

Anyone figure out a way to take notes where cursor isn't always taken away from notepad to the next table requiring action? Is there something in settings I can click so I can make a note on somebody? It's literally impossible to make a note when multi tabling.

settings > game settings > uncheck "pop up the game window"

Same issue here. I thought i linked my caesars rewards account correctly but i see no points added to my caesars account either...
Im wondering if I put in the wrong wsop.com player ID number that had everyone confused.
Think monthly it’s updated at least 5 days or more into the month for Caesar’s points so don’t give up yet.
Apologies if this is a dumb question and/or has been asked and answered, but I haven't been able to find an answer to it yet. I previously had a WSOP NJ account and transferred it onto the new site when the merge happened.
Then when I went out to Vegas, I could not log into the WSOP NV software, and it said there was no account associated with my email address. Do I need in fact still need a separate username/account for the NV even if I have one for NJ? Or is the software just giving me issues and i should not make a second account for the NV site?
