Just played an extremely suspicious hand. I've reported hands like these before and never hear back. Has anyone else had weird hands with this player Paycie?

Did you peek what the reg that raised have?

Sorry but what's suspicious here?

Classic hand for paycie. You should have folded river or go allin, no bluff possible here and no worst value.

I mean if the other reg raised a 9 then I don’t think there’s anything suspicious at all about this hand, maybe paycie is being a bit ambitious floating with someone behind but even then, it’s such a cheap float it’s probably okay

Just a normal hand.

Hey guys, I’m here to takeover from Alex with relaying feedback/reports and to generally keep you in the loop here 😀

Please reach out whenever, can see there was some discussion about our reporting system. Jimbo was spot on about gathering screenshots and sending over to our security team for review.

Link here about our RIP program:

Will be checking in here regularly, so let me know if there’s anything on your mind I can help with.

Hi, thanks for stopping by. I sent Alex a PM 2 weeks ago, is he not working at WPT anymore or will he not be coming to this thread anymore?

Have you played poker?

Hey Sam.

Can you request your software team to edit where on the screen the tables pop up. They pop up in front of active tables which I'm sure you'll appreciate is a problem, especially with the time it takes tables to load due to lag.

Thanks.

I can confirm all the things bob19123 said above unless 1 thing, they are not the bots, they are real people just change around 10-15 accounts per months.

The reason why they change a lot of accounts is after winning some money, they will be restricted from seeing the tables (yes WPT called it fair system).

And in other skins of WPT, when they withdraw small money, they don't need to do KYC, and normally the money they win before being restricted is less than the money that need to do KYC, it's wh

They play far too similarly for them to be normal players. I'd be very surprised if they weren't bots or using some type of RTA.

I'd be interested in this as well. I disagree with some of the criticisms in the thread and think Alex did a good job engaging with the players despite being put in numerous difficult situations.

Where does the 10% fee go from high hand bonuses. There was talk in the thread that all/some of it goes to the agent? can you confirm this please

Sam this week without any answer is not a good start tbh

Got some bad news guys I'm afraid. Alex is leaving WPT Global. There is also mention of them pivoting away to focus on the Asian markets.

Sorry Sam. I don't mean to put you on the spot here. Feel free to ignore this and reply to the other posters if you don't have enough info at this time.
