Where can WPT Global support be reached outside of emails, do they have a rep on their Discord?

As of the latest update, WPT removed coin exchange.
How can one play in Yuan ?

It seems that WPT removed the ability to buy in in MTTs if you don´t have Yuan in your account, NO LONGER converting your dollars to the other currency !
What can one do to play those MTTs now ?

Whats happen with WPT Global app? - currently is using most computing power of my CPU. Its impossible to play. It was caused by last update. Does anyone know how to deal with it?

Often I had problems with multi tabling.
After some time I searched for the problem, and it came up as WPT hosting some sort of internet page as lobby´s and game windows, if you stack a lot of them it will slow down a lot, consuming your RAM power. I advise to close any replayers and lobby in case you are playing MTT.

You can test it that if you close the client, the lag will dissapear, so it has to be that.

Although with the new update/software, I feel the game much smoother!
Also, with the last update, I cannot convert dollars into Yuan :( !
Any tips ?

I can't open even a single table since the last update. After the update WPT Global lobby uses 75%–90% of my CPU. Before the latest update everything was working fine.

I strongly advise all recreational players to avoid playing until these technical issues are resolved.

This scam room has not even sent out a notification to players, although they at least acknowledge the issue. Naturally, there will be no compensation.

My action buttons disappear on average a couple of times per hour.
