Can you confirm when the button issue will be resolved? Seems to be semi fixed FR but is still very apparent SH.

Appreciated.My WPT username is the same as username on here.The issue is we don't have access to HH with taken rake so it's borderline impossible to track this on the player end, and WPT doesn't provide any breakdown of how the rakeback was paid on what date and tables.Most reg players here have posted advising this feels off, and 1 player (who I quoted in the previous post) do

Bots at microstakes PLO?
Im new to this site and i was 4 tabling micro PLO, then these accounts started to show up at the same time during the session today:
They have similar nicks, 1 tabling, they come to the tables at about the same time, started out with 0 hands played or small sample. But after a while they had similar stats.
One bot leaves -> another bot snap enters the table with same characteristics. One per table PLO microstakes US currency. I guess chinese currency too hard for bot-software.
They buyin 150-200bb deep. But they seem to have trouble reloading. This bot busted and was not able to rebuy. When he got kicked out of the table, it was not replaced by another bot interestingly enough:
6 hours later, bots still there. Whats going on? Now also chinese currency :/ WPT Global Alex ?
I feel like a year ago, the employes answering to me from security and customer care email we're actually competent and knew there ****.
Now everytime i write to them I just get the most ******ed answer ever, like if they got replaced by cheaper employees that know absolutely nothing about poker.

I don't mean to be calling you out specifically but the people who are making these kinds of posts.
Do you think the people who are running the site are going to be reading these kinds of posts and then have a desire to help you out? Please try and keep your posts constructive. It's just shooting yourself in the foot to do otherwise.

I don't think so Jimbo. I tried constructive when Sam joined the thread, providing a list of white listed pros cheating the fairplay system. Also brought up concerns regarding people getting paid the table starter rb. Sam and WPT chose to do zero about it. A poorly run company needs to be called out for its incompetence. The softly softly approach clearly doesn't work.

Turtle wins a 700bb pot vs me the other day, then ratholes. How is this possible? There is definitely some level of privilege going on here
