Can anyone guide me to any possible version of live support? Have made an Interac purchase that is not appearing on my account.

It appears Club WPT Gold payment processor is using one single email to accept all Canadian e-transfers and has been flagged for fraud.

Same problem, mine is just pending and I can still cancel it. Really was excited to play!

Email [email protected] and mark it urgent. Generally for deposit issues they are fast to help. Literally anything else and good luck, it's going to be a minute.

I would tend to believe that. Except for one problem every other side I play on has the same amount of people seeing flops and I don't see flush over flush nearly as often

Last night this guy did it blatantly 4-5 times as soon as they doubled up. I will out them if they do it again.

The missing features that are basic just baffle me. Hand history should be concurrent with a chat box is such a basic thing. I wouldn't complain anymore but we just added some casino/bizarre game to the site so its clear that they plan to keep this barebones and just want to make money. I'm guessing they will start adding casino games like blackjack and the like which will put them back into the bullseye of being banned anyway. Who knows. I don't have many options so I can't even really compare the site to others but I'm not entirely thrilled with what is offered. Beggars can't be choosers I guess...

Still shocked that literally 90% of the evening tournaments are satellites or turbo sit and gos. Just no flavor or options. Everything is currently geared toward the DEC WPT event. Which I guess is fine since they hope that will promote the site. Just hope they pivot back towards a more diverse MMT schedule in 2026

I mean you guys can think what you want to think. I got an email into this WPT if they can prove they're dealing randomly I will donate money to the Democrat party. That's how much I believe that there's no chance.b you got guys on this site playing 80 to 90% vpip and every time you got the second nuts they have the absolute nuts. Like every time you hit a king high flush some guy playing a 95% vpip has an ace high flush. Every time you fall off topset some guy playing a 95% vpip sucks out a guy shot straight. There is no chance this site is dealing 100% randomly and I am so sure of it that I will donate money to the Democrat party if they prove they're dealing randomly.

Cashouts are extremely slow it appears. Pretty much every gasmbling site servicing Canada you get your cashout approved and into your bank account within 15 minutes to an hour. A few of the slower sites may take a few hours.

I am now on day 3 without my withdrawal even being approved. Seems like a bad idea to have customers waiting this long if you want to retain them.

Any way to raise purchase limits?

Anyone else think I might be able to log on and 4 table at a Starbucks on a laptop? I used to be able to log in on my phone at my house and 1 table but now I can't even log on whatsoever on my home connection (banned state error). In California.

I mean I do think California's days are still numbered on the site but they haven't just given up like Global has.

Is there any support contact beyond the main one? They declined to raise my limits without providing any possible solution other than maxing out my current ones

Mine sat for 4 days and then an hour ago I got an email saying my cashout was declined. No reason given.
