Are there any sites you have played on that you believe weren’t rigged?

FYI for those asking about the process - I successfully cashed out via debit card. I had already went through verification in the previous week or so. Submitted request for withdraw early monday morning at like 2am - on Thursday AM I got an e-mail saying Support got my request - which seemed vague. I replied asking if they needed paperwork from me, they immediately replied yes and sent link to fill out the forms. Once I filled out the forms he replied "OK we're all set it should take up to 5 business days." But I checked my account and it was immediately deposited. So 3 business days passed and the next morning is $$ time.

They wouldn't raise mine without sending in a bunch of nonsense and when I complained they raised it $10K max a month without sending anything which is still ridiculous. I've taken close to 6 figures off the site so far but I have to email them bank statements etc to raise my limits on an offshore gambling site? Crazy

Anybody knows if you have to report all the withdrawals/profit?Any way to go around it?

This argument that higher rake is better because it keeps more pros away is stupid. Pros are going to play where they can make the most money, period. If that’s a site with low rake and great RB or a site with high rake and 0 RB. It doesn’t matter, they’re going to play where they are earning the most money, use some logic.

High rake just takes more money off the table and screws everyone, including the fish. Why would a professional choose to play on a site where they earn less $ per hour just because it has better rake structure? Dumb argument.

They need to lower the rake or offer RB

I’m confused why they NEED to do anything right now? They are by far the highest traffic North American fenced site with the best games?

I asked and they said no, but the tone of the email was that I wasn't established with funds going back and forth. Once you establish more dep/wd it's probably easy.

I withdrew my account a few weeks ago. Tried to add some for the WPT qualifiers today and nothing works. Bank, debit, credit. Nothing. I know Canada has had issues, but I'm in US. Did they get their processor shut down across the US?

Anyone struggle to open multiple tables on wpt?

Not sure if you're playing PLO, but you currently can't multi-table the same stake. If you try and click on a stake in the cash game menu while already having a table for that stake open, clicking will just take you to the existing table with no option to open another. On one of his initial livestreams when PLO first came out, Doug said that he spoke with someone at ClubWPT Gold who said that this was not intended functionality. Definitely not holding my breath for an update, though.

Most of the site's issues and interesting functions I have chalked up to their prioritization being elsewhere than UI for now, and I don't expect that to change or any "quality of life" functionality updates to be coming anytime soon.

Ratholing is in a different category though, in my opinion.

This is not just a bad feature that I think should be removed. For example, the inability to wait for the big blind and being forced to pay 1BB when sitting down is crazy and way behind other sites. I don't consider this nearly as game-changing or as egregious of an offense as the ratholing. Hopefully some regulations are implemented soon for leaving and re-joining with existing stack sizes within a certain amount of time.

It's being worked on per their dev team but who knows when it will actually be fixed

I got the client crash bug with a str8 flush with two betting in front. Didn’t make me nearly as mad as the rats.

The desktop client crashes randomly and turns white.

Today I'm having an issue where sometimes my mouse clicks don't register within tables and I have to click two or three times to get the action to go through. Anyone else?

2025: Can't wait to post blinds, ratholing, pay for time bank, constant crashing, no note taking, etc...

I have that happen on my Mac sometimes but mine will then respond when I don't want it to. I might try and check, it doesn't read it so I click it a few times until it responds. Then the other player checks back and then it auto checks my next bet when I didn't want to do that. It's never happened on my PC, only Mac.

I don't even have technically legal online poker in my state. This is insane. We are voting on it soon. Which probably means they immediately ban sweeps and take 5-10 years to issue a license, but not before we all see how badly online sports betting is and rescind the law. Back to square one. I'll be dead before I can play mircrostakes in the comfort of my home at night. I don't really like gold. Its so barebones and seems like a money grab. I'm on global which I like but its dying. Seems I'll be out of luck for another 10+ years like the last blanket ban

But this is what worries me about Gold. They already introduced a new skin over their home page and some weird "game" but they are not even addressing some of the basic features that all sites have. Just doesn't seem like they are trying to please customers at all. I really want it to work as I have almost no options but I'm holding back anything other than the basic deposit I did a few months ago. Really need to see if they are grouped into the sweeps ban category. If they are I'll stick with global until it dies. It runs way better even if the player pool feels like a home game

They aren't grouped in it and I'm playing on here but what I expect to happen is the California AG issues a cease and desist to all other sites shortly. California is nazi psycho towards online gambling.
