Anyone else disconnecting last 30 minutes?
From which places are the most players from in percentage?
US Players
Latin American Players
European Players
Eastern European Players
Asian Players
What hours of the day is the most traffic on this site?
An estimation would be a good starting point.

Have volume all around the clock (at least for MTTs). Depending on the time of day you either get 60-40 or 70-30 'muricans vs ROW (midday PST or slightly later, onwards) or the other way around for either LatAm players or Eastern Euros in times when it's late night or early morning in the US (though it always seems to be a good chunk of russians, belarusian, kazakh, etc 'players' all around the clock)
Bcp client won't startup. It says "the connection to our server has been interrupted" when I try to load it. ACR is working fine
I tried re-installing but no change
Any ideas?
Does any one know if it's true that you can recieve 65% rakeback at the highest level?
Thank you.
I still have not been approved. I had this account for 8 years and recently started playing again after only playing on Ignition. I used a credit card and it was declined, then I used another one that was approved.
Had no withdraw options when I checked on 01/18/2025. I contacted support and the rep made them available after a few hours.
Tried to attempt a withdraw and had to contact another rep who gave me a list of things to do on 01/19/2025. ID, address, picture of both credit cards. I used my wife's credit card the second time, so I uploaded her id and a form they sent.
I uploaded my identification that day and it was declined the next, because they wanted a picture of me holding it.
Uploaded everything the day after that on 01/20/2025. Based on the way they wanted jpgs and only photos they declined everything except the my identification. Wanted me to print and resize documents.
Got everything approved on 1/24/2025, except for the credit card in my name, that was declined and never used. I thought that everything was fine because the card I used to deposit was approved and they opened up the option to take money out.
I requested a withdraw on 1/24/2025. Even though it states 24 hour review, I wasn't notified until 01/27/2025 that I needed to upload documents for the card that was declined.
I uploaded documents for this card twice already. The first time, I uploaded the front and back of the card and a blank document in the third field, it said only upload a bank statement if you are using someone else's card - declined with no reason attached.
Second time, uploaded the front and back of the card and the front of the card again in the third document field - declined again with no reason attached.
Support just keeps saying take a picture of the card and send. They are barely answering my emails and just blank generic responses.
Finally, I uploaded my bank statement with the cards on 01/27/2025 - denied again on 01/29/2024 with no reason attached.
I remember why I stopped playing on this site. Do they treat all new customers like this too? Good luck getting new players on here.
Imagine going to a casino and they let you play. When it's time to cash out - they want license, address verification, and pictures of all attempts you used to turn real money into their chips. You give them all the stuff they ask for, they pretend you didn't, refuse to give you your money back and you can't talk to anyone about it.
Tldr
If you're wondering about playing on this site, be prepared to spend days of your time, submitting numerous documents to wait weeks, possibly months to get your money out.

Key words deposit and withdraw. They take your deposit in a heart beat then when it comes to withdraw you have to jump thru hoops. Welcome to this crap site.
(the following is not a complaint in the slightest -- in fact I find it very funny and not harmful to other players)
What's with all these maniacs playing countless flights to the multi-day huge MTTs where each additional made day 2 adds to a combined stack for the day 2? Like in this $55, 500k GTD, there's a player with 13 entries. They presumably ran well in these flights, so let's be generous and assume they reached day 2 in 1 in 4 buy-ins. That's $2,680 in buy-ins.
There will be perhaps 1,000 players on the Day 2 resumption. This player will need to finish around 16th just to break even. I mean, I get MTTs are about making final tables, and so if they started Day 2 with like 10x 2nd place, maybe, but they're more like... 1.5x 2nd place. There's just no way the people doing this aren't absolutely TORCHING their money.
Now, the person in question don't seem like a great player, but a bunch of people take this approach, including some winners. They act like it's a normal rebuy MTT when it's anything but!
I'm sorry to tap on the glass, or maybe I'm somehow wrong, but this has cracked me up for a long time -- I gotta know how other people feel about it.

I have thought about this as well. Firing many bullets allows them to play high variance. Go big or bust. I would employ the same strat if i had the bankroll since you can combine stacks from all flights participated. But yes it a lot of buy ins and have to finish deep just to recoup. I personally prefer freezeouts or 1 reentry only tourneys.
Hey everyone,
I’m considering grinding on Americas Cardroom (ACR) and I’m looking for the best fixed rakeback deal available. I play PLO $0.50/$1 and expect to generate around $1,500 in rake per month (about 15,000 hands/month).
I know ACR offers the Elite Benefits program, but it seems like a fixed rakeback deal (27-40%) would be much more profitable for my volume.
Does anyone know a trusted affiliate offering a good fixed rakeback deal?
Also, if anyone has experience with fixed rakeback vs. Elite Benefits, I’d love to hear your thoughts on which is better in the long run.
Thanks in advance!

I was doing the elite rakeback (which was the original option you have) and switched to fixed rakeback at 27% and found that to be the much better option. I'm not a PLO player and don't play nearly as much volume as you but I think someone figured you'd need to make somewhere around 5 figures per year to make the elite thing worth it - which may be better for you. However, you can always switch back once (from fixed to elite) - but you won't be able to switch again.
This is an old chart, but I think it still applies. The breakeven point is around $18k in total rake paid for the year.

For sure, and that's a good/normal strategy for the typical rebuy MTT; one I often use myself. But the nature of these particular tournaments turn that strategy (when used on separate flights, not rebuying after busting within a flight) into an overwhelmingly massive torching of money. Like, they're reminding me of the scene in Batman where The Joker sets fire to his half of the mountain of money :p
Edit: this guy that spent at least $2700 on this 50r DID end up winning 14.5k, which is pretty cool
It’s called reshuffle
Lol, the amount of confusion this reshuffle feature causes almost makes it not worth it
This shouldn't be possible in a standard deck.
I think is a software bug on ACR causing a duplicate card.
Is this some instance of a graphics glitch? Otherwise, even with reshuffle, this does not seem to make any sense.

Re-shuffle feature means the players receive their hole cards individually one by one and if someone folds, the cards are re-instated to the deck and shuffled so later players can receive a folded card.
Deal starts in UTG+1 position. I read this from their site, it is an anti collusion thing.

Yeah, I get that anti-collusion attempt. But, this is at SHOWDOWN. Even with this reshuffle thing how can two hands at this point in the hand have the same card? I don't seem to be able to wrap my brain around that.

AK47AA12 folded pre flop. I didn't understand it at first either as I didn't think it was possible with hole cards until I read about it on their site.
Hello everyone! Thank you all for your answers. Yes, the support replied in a letter that the new Reshuffle function was introduced a little over a year ago. This is the first time I encountered this Reshuffle function. This reshuffle was introduced as a counteraction to teamplay. It is unclear why it was not introduced in other types of poker. Pot Limit Omaha has this function, but other types of poker do not.
