Where can you get the password to the #all-in series freerolls? There is no link in the lobby and '#all-in series ACR' is too generic to my ai/search

Hey guys, I play low and mid stakes plo8 mtts and sngs on ACR in my spare time and am up about 20k total since 2024, until last October my graph basically went up with very little variance over 5k games, since October I am breakeven over 2k games and seemingly just running insanely bad, I feel like I am losing my mind, anyone have a similar experience? have games just gotten tougher?

Normal (extremely bad) variance, as even if the games have gotten progressively tougher over the years and the AI/RTA worse, I HIGHLY doubt that such is the case in a niche format like PLO8 MTTs ; GL or at least better variance friend

Help needed with my account PLEASE!!!
My computer was hacked and I lost access to my Gmail account which began a world of trouble for me which spiraled out of control...Everything from bank account information down to various poker clients were taken advantage of by the hacker...this included by ACR account.

I was able to regain control of my Gmail account and contacted ACR to advise them of the issue which prompted them to shut down my poker account. However, they have now banned my account and I cannot get back onto the ACR client whatsoever. At that moment in time my life felt like it was in shambles due to the amount of fraud I was dealing with. Fast forward to today and I still have no way of getting back on ACR to play poker.

I'm not sure if ANYTHING at all can be done to again regain control of my account, or even start a new account but I figured that this would be worth a shot as I did enjoy my time at the tables playing in some of the biggest tournaments I can afford to play currently...especially online. If anyone has any contacts at ACR or some way to assist me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!

anyone having BTC deposits delayed? deposited $200 like an hour ago via BTC on BTC network and its not showing up yet, wanted to play the $215 weekly plo8, have never had a deposit take more than 5 mins before...

How do regular games compare to Coin Poker? Now they went hudless I'm likely going to move sites. There wasn't tons of recreationals to begin with and WPN does offer more rb.

Since last updates talbes are not opening anymore...anyone else has this problem?

Withdrawal issue. I deposited using a debit card that was lost, got a new card with new number etc. keep receiving the same automated response when I email support for help. "Send a picture of the card". The card doesn't exist anymore.
How do I proceed?

Send a photo of your sad face with "I've lost my card, how do I proceed?" written on it. Maybe a human might investigate when the AI bounces it?

Is it just me or there are no fish on ACR/BCP? I played Coin for the last 2 years and the situation was pretty good when I played between 8pm and midnight Eastern Time in the USA. Now with the huge rake increases on Coin, I finally move to ACR after being told for so long that this is where the best games are only to find there is both less games running and almost no fish/whales.

Is the situation here just that we get raked less and need to take winrate from bad regs? Aside from bad regs, the other bad player I run into here are just nits so there's not much win rate there and very occasionaly I finally see someone vpiping 40+ while on Coin I used to sit 2-3 tables reliably with fish.

WPN is known to be quite reg heavy

I've been a loyal Americascardroom.eu customer for years, but they took my biggest whale and linked him to a different affiliate, and refuse to pay me! How do I get them to understand this is my sign up, and has been for years? I have screen shots.

How do the app poker games have better customer service than an actual poker site?

They must be hemorrhaging from years of bad publicity (of bots) to have to drop their agents.

Imo ACR and all the poker rooms on the WPN network see good traffic, with player numbers rising slightly each month. Of course, the traffic volumes are light-years behind GGPoker's, but it remains an excellent choice for both grinders and casual players simply looking to spend a few hours at the tables.

As for customer support, the situation has unfortunately reverted to what it was a few years ago, with extremely long response times or no response at all.
It is a shame, because between 2024 and 2025, the support service worked quite well offering quick and effective responses.

The live chat was really useful.
Imo every room should offer it.

Yep it's crazy! Just generic emails! Mine from Saturday morning went through yesterday morning almost exactly 48 hours from when I submitted it via LTC for 1,000. I'm waiting on 5,000 now since last night.
