You can have one account on ACR, one on BCP, one on KING, one on TRUE, and one on YA.
Obviously, if you have the YA client open, you cannot also have the ACR client open, and so on.

I was expecting getting *asked* about the details sooner. It has gotten quite quiet in here :( And even if the previous poster is just trolling, I take the opportunity to address what didn't go so smooth at all during the procedure.

In the beginning I just complained a lot instead of just following orders. Remember though that my account had just been "randomly" selected for human verification, during which I was told to still have access to the games. The reality is that I was hard banned mid-session. And a rare good session it has been, in what otherwise is a massive x150 ABI downswing that I am currently suffering. I was fuming and maybe it wasn't a good idea either to ask game integrity how it is possible that on Stars I had received a game integrity refund every few weeks or so while in 7-8 years on ACR not only have I received a total of $0.00 but now find myself banned for no reason.
Apart from having the documentation certification renewed, which I assume was the purpose of this whole undertaking and a hassle in itself, the process also included recording a video with 12 personal questions. I did answer those questions but told them that I don't feel comfortable doing so by uploading a video to the internet. We did have a call meeting though.
I was eventually scheduled to record a live session which I was made to wait for over the weekend. To use the downtime I decided it might be a clever idea to finally upgrade Windows. Before I was still using the Win7/8 client which I was quite embarrassed when asked about. But this idea turned out not being so clever at all, because when Monday rolled around and the session was due PT4 was still busy re-importing my 2025 database preventing the HUD from launching. Autohotkey still had hick-ups and to top it all a client update just prior to the session messed up my table themes so the session began with me scrolling through felts & decks to restore my theme when the tables first popped up.
And there is no excuse for it really as I was asked before the session if I was ready to go. Which I affirmed even though I wasn't. I just wanted to get it done and not reschedule for another time. To be fair to myself the game play itself was not affected. I was mostly just 2-tableing so I could still deal with all the mess unfolding around me. However I have no doubt this must have left a terrible impression. Oh and there was a disconnection around the hour mark as well, it just had to be.

To sum it up:
ACR made a mistake banning my account, and I made a mistake messing up the process, I guess you can call that even?

To address management directly once more:
While writing all this it becomes ever more clear to me that you actually accidentally banned my account. All you seemed wanting to do is to carry out a human verification, but you rolled with it anyways. I'd happily address this in more detail, especially the documentation part since this is what appears to have caused you concern in the first place. Even more so I'd appreciate addressing this directly to you and would therefore looking forward to pick up communication, schedule a video meeting or even reschedule another live session.

hi there another question on wpn is for australian players, i have heard new accounts can not sign up but old ones can continue to play? does anyone have information on this. also would this make me playing on ya poker more risky?

Have you thought about adding your nickname to your post? Or better yet using the ACR X official channel?

I'm not very familiar with most socials. Do you mean to create more exposure or as another route to establish contact, on X specifically?
I am asking because a while ago someone on this thread mentioned the ACR discord community as a way. So I was hopeful and made an account there, but that place was pretty much promotional things only. I think I even recall a diclaimer about no support requests and so I just left again.

Isnt 2p2 still the goto place when it comes to poker? Has anyone ever successfully used socials to create awareness or make meaningful contact?

I have not ultimately decided whether to attach my nickname to this thread. Here is the dilemma:
Wouldn't it present open season to anyone I'll ever win a hand against again to denounce my account? That is of course assuming this matter gets resolved indeed.

You may argue that renders anything I say and I said to be not credible. The most important party involved in this matter however knows about my nickname. I am aware there is no more ACR Rep posting on this thread unfortunately, but that not imply the thread goes unnoticed.
Perhaps attaching my nickname to this thread is something for later.

Sorry total noob here so bare with me. I'm looking to open an ACR account. I'm exclusively a midstakes mtt player ($109 and below) who will take occassional shot. I see the deposit bonus but realistically I am assuming that I won't come close to clearing as I am very p/t (1-2 days a week max). haven't played on WPN is a year or so... opened up the ACR poker client, and can't find the sportsbook tab... have they gotten rid of the sportsbook? I can still access it via the ACR homepage, but nothing inside the client (Windows)... any insight?

Go to ur settings and check if u blocked that tab from showing in the software
