Is there a way to change this horrible default mystery bounty table theme?? I cant find it in normal settings and theres no on table button. This is tough on the eyes

For any players outside of the USA, have you had access to a tournament series called "12 Days of Mystery KOs"?

I know Americans playing on Ignition have had this "12 Days of Mystery KOs" running for the past week or so.

But playing on Bodog from Canada I never got this "12 Days of Mystery KOs" in my client.

The normal nightly Mystery KO tournaments disappeared as well during this time, so no Mystery KOs have been available to play (but the normal MTTs are fine).

Very strange as the player pool is shared and I can't remember any other MTT event series only appearing on one skin and not the other.

Could anyone please confirm if you got this tournament series outside the US?

Has 10nl zoom disappeared for anyone else? I saw it earlier today and now it's gone.

don't see it either just Omaha H/L for 0.05/0.10 (on Bodog skin)

Talked with support and they just told me its not currently offered and they don't know when it will return.

10NL zone never ran. Only 5NL and 25NL

anyone else super bugged today? whenever i try to register anything (mtt or sng) i get an error message saying "this tournament is not available" tried multiple game modes and buy in levels and same every time

this happens to me about once every 100 games. ive complained 10+ times and maybe gotten 2-3 refunds. they always say something along the lines of its my fault because of my internet connection.. even though i send video proof of 2 other sites running simultaniously while only their site is frozen.

they also limited my sports account to $20 max bets after i won 10k this football season.

Yes, same here. Once you actually start game, it seems fine, but for sure glitchy.

It appears ignition is completely corrupt now.

I've been using them a lot for the last year and a half without problems until a few months ago.

Ignition has been overcharging me on my deposits probably for the last 3 to 6 months. They will charge me a little more than they told me, which would be 105.9% of my deposit amount. Then additionally there were separate small charges totaling about one or two percent. Maybe a month or two ago they ended up charging me like $30 additionally over top of the 107% or so that they charged me initially.

I played a million satellites and they have all had an expiration of about 1 year if I'm not mistaken. Now all of the sudden I won a $162 mko tournament ticket. There aren't a lot of 162 tournaments available either.

Unfortunately, I won the ticket on a Sunday and wasn't able to play the tournament that day. I tried the following Sunday and allegedly the ticket had expired.

I had several chats and email correspondence, I was finally able to see on my account that I had an expired ticket. I informed them of this and they said sorry the rules are the rules. We can't change anything. Everything has an expiration.

7 Days and a few minutes later I tried to use the ticket and it wasn't available.

Infuriating

I forgot to add that this tournament ticket was titled satellite to"any" 12 days of MKO...

Is bovada better than ignition? The customer service on ignition is atrocious. I'm done with them. I'm tired of getting ripped off and told that they understand how frustrated I am after refusing to do the most reasonable things. Aren't there any ignition Representatives in this thread?

It’s the same customer service. Ignition uses some BS customer service company where the agent is probably answering emails for 100 different companies at the same time.

Anyone experiencing a significant drop in traffic since around Thanksgiving? It's to the point where I've wondered if they are secretly segregating games. Maybe just limit holdem but curious if anyone's experiencing it elsewhere.

The drop off could be related to the fraud probably perpetuated by the shady cell companies that take credit or debit card payments, I believe they have only double charged my debit card. But they charged me more than the advertised 5.9% every time. On my debit card, there is often a separate charge of a few percent.

It's irritating enough being overcharged, but then there is the fact that we get to talk with patronizing kindergarten teacher level patronization.

Explaining to us that these are the rules, we are the children so we must follow the rules, we mustn't complain. And the teacher doesn't see anything wrong with it.

They say you weren't overcharged. Case closed. But they don't ask you which charge your concerned about, they don't compare the charges that you have to what they are supposed to be.

Then, I was given a link to an ignition page that said something to the effect of they can charge up to 30% extra on a given transaction.

This is is effectively triple stamping a double stamp. They aren't posting the standards anywhere for the consumer to read, so they overcharge as they see fit, and if someone complains they send them to a page that says they are allowed to do whatever they want.

Now, apparently the same thing is happening with the tournament tickets that they are giving out in satellites.

I have been playing for the last couple of years and I've won tens if not hundreds of satellites.

Now, I'm not sure if it's true across the board. But, I want a satellite to a 162 tournament, actually it said any 12 days of mko. When you see any, it makes you think oh I can play it whenever I want. I have had other tickets that said any... And if they expired I could use them on another tournament of the same value.

I believe it was the first of the month that I won a $162 satellite, I was unable to play the Sunday tournament that day. So I figured I'd play the next week.

7 Days in a few hours later I tried to enter the Sunday tournament.

Actually I did enter the Sunday tournament with another ticket I had won, I busted and tried to reenter. There was no ticket. I was extremely disappointed that I had no ticket and no money in my account.

I contacted them they said we don't see anything wrong. You didn't win any tickets. That was their response.

I tried again with another representative same thing everything looks good.

I was able to see in my account finally under my used tickets that I had in fact used one ticket, that was valid only for the Sunday tournament. The other ticket was for supposedly any $162 tournament and it had allegedly expired, 8 days later.

I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this site. But, apparently they don't want to do the right thing. I'm still trying to get a replacement ticket. But I have made no progress. If this is the case for other people of course there will be it a huge fallout.

To clarify, I have made deposits with a couple of other credit cards aside from my debit card. They often don't go through, but when it works it's never been more than one charge. In the case of my debit card transactions at least 50% of the time over the last 6 months there has been a separate charge for 1.5 to 4% I would say.

Although one time, they charged me $30 extra on the additional charge, this was an addition to my approximately $200 transaction to which they added 5.9% or maybe a little more than that. Meaning maybe up to 8% or or 9% which seems to have been their MO lately.

After the $30 charge that was the last straw for me, I have hardly used the credit card deposit option since.

So is there any way to reach anyone with a level of authority?

Most poker/gambling sites use payment processors, that's who upcharging you not the site itself. If you hit the help tab on ignition they have their own forum. Use the same login as you would use to sign into the site. They have active mods/reps on there
