There is no official Bovada Rep at 2+2 at this time, but perhaps if discussion is effected in a civil manner, one might arrive in due course?

Wow glad I found other people with the same problem, thought I was the only one somehow , got 5th and 8th in two tourneys for what was supposed to be around $300 and instead it said I got 37th and 63rd…. The payouts were jacked up last night and wasn’t unable to get in contact with support….. hopefully it will be fixed .. never seen anything like this
I’m owed like 1500 in cashes from last night. Won the 1kaire and it stopped and ended event. But I got 0 payout. Also few other random payouts off . Nothing fixed
same here.. but it seems like tourneys from now on has been fixed. yesterday there were tourneys where lobby showing double digit players on each table there are not, a lot of players remaining, but if you look at chipstacks ranking, way less remaining. just have play as normal and hope they find the fix. but i dont know, seems tough because they credit us with 20th place money when we were supposed to have 1st place money, how do they even fix this problem correctly, hopefully they do though. would be a big problem if they gave 1st place money to someone who didn't even cash.. so we'll see
Also dealing with the same problem. Have they mentioned to anyone that they are sorting it out?
Yes I talked to chat support and they said they are aware of it and that I am not the only one. And they are working on it. Hopefully that doesn’t mean here’s a ticket to a 25$ buy in. They have to payout the prizes, otherwise they would just be straight up stealing the prize pool.
they will sort it out and make it right.. seems a little more difficult because they have to figure out what actual place did we place in each tourney when in some tourneys they credit us with for a lower placement.. like probably have to manually go through each affected tourney, which is most of it yesterday and see what they can do. in this situation, they can't just do ICM, weird and different situation..
The software will not allow me to log in. Keeps showing "Error" after login attempt.
My zone replayer is blank and has been happening for past 2 weeks.
I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing %appdata% and more but nothing works.
I also have the same problem when i use the website

When I contacted support they had 0 idea what I was talking about, was tilted and logged out after I busted 5th and they said it was 67th place so I don’t have the reference number and they say they can’t do anything unless I have it
Yeah talked to support and they played dumb about the whole problem. They apparently went through the hand histories and couldnt see anything wrong lol
He said he passed it on to the team to look at but I dont like my chances I will hear back.

When I talked to them a few hours ago on chat they acknowledged it and said they will send out the prize money once they've found a resolution.

how are more people not complaining about this payout error from other night? this is crazy ignition/bovada is trying to just stiff us. on Friday night payouts were all messed up. the main one is the thousandaire where the top 5 players each get $1, 000. we got to 5 players, and the event stopped, and it was over, and I was not paid, as im sure none of the other 4 players were. I have been talking to chat and they ask for tourny ID number and screenshot and I show it to them and then they say they are working on the problem. Its been 48 hours and they havent done anything, same bullshit responses.
Now im starting to get worried because on the latest chat with support i show him tourny ID, then they tell me we working on it. blah blah. Then i say this is bullshit, etc then he said let me verify, "which was the final hand you won with"? lol are u fuckin serious? try to explain to him that desnt matter and it was a satelite type i wasnt even involved in the final hand. so basically based on the fact they are telling some players that ask about it, that they dont see any issues, from asking me dumb ass questions like these, they are just trying anything to push the problem away and pretend it didnt happen. (now at this moment they are offering my buy in back! lol)
The worst part is they deducted these buy ins from my account, as well as not pay me the payout they took my entries.
this is straight up stealing the prizepool. that thousaindaire had the total prizepool 5k going to top 5 players. none were paid.. so where did all the buy ins from the players go who played that event?

I have the same problem. I have asked chat 5 different times and sent 3 emails and they just say sorry and to be patient. How can they just keep peoples money and not even give back buy ins while they figure out the issue. Will never deposit another dollar into this site

Well I'm sure you know their support staff are notoriously incompetent and clueless about poker. I have faith they will make this right, though. They always have in the past even if it takes a couple days.

Right. This is something the weekend staff obviously can’t handle. I wouldn’t panic until Friday.
I have now talked to live chat 3 different times with totally different answers. You talk to them for an hour and they finally say that you were one of the affected players but they don’t have a timeline or tell you what is going on. They don’t even have the decency to send out an email to the affected players letting them know that there is a problem and they are working to resolve it
HSPLO seems to be overrun with suspicious collusion hands atm. Pretty ugly stuff. People going way into their banks and then check-raising rivers. Just seems so gross and obvious.
Anyone playing on Coin or Phenom? Might explore some different sites.
Have the tournament payouts been fixed for anyone?
Just confirmed with support. I will not be getting my $1k that I am owed. They claim the cashouts were all correct. Unbelievable. Withdraw and uninstall
