[WPN] Deposit / Withdrawal / General Cashier Thread
Now that The Winning Poker Network (WPN) has it's own 2+2 support forum, it should have it's own cashier thread within it! The purpose of this thread is for players to discuss deposit methods, withdrawal methods, withdrawal times, and anything else pertinent to players in regards to this cashier.
The Winning Poker Network consists of a number of sports books and poker rooms who share player liquidity. The most popular operators on 2+2 are America's CardRoom (ACR), Black Chip Poker (BCP), and True Poker (TP).
All of the aforementioned operators/skins use the same "network cashier." Thus ACR, BCP, and TP all have the same options when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. Also, the time frames a player can expect when cashing out are identical. The general support personnel a player interacts with when making a deposit and withdrawal are the same. Etc.

Hey there,
new here, so sorry if this was already answered somewhere.
I'm coming from Stars to GG and now I'm wondering what's better for me to deposit - in USD or EUR?
I have either Revolut or Wise as payment options, which in both cases I can setup euros or dollars there as my currency, so therefore I'm trying to figure out
What would take me less % fees?
Depositing directly in USD from my USD account, or deposit in EUR then letting GG convert that?
Or some other alternative where I can save a few bucks (I would come in with 5000$/€ bankroll deposit).
I heard some pros/cons about both options, therefore not sure anymore. Would appreciate a first hand insight from you guys.

Has anyone had any issues, or can give me any advice, for verifying proof of address? I've sent in my utility bill and bank document, with my details/address clearly on them. It keeps getting rejected... Support mail has been extremely unhelpful, I've mailed them back and forth 10 times and all I get is useless generic responses. Once they even said 'this document seems acceptable' of course only for it to be rejected again. I've sent my utility bill with my drivers license next to it, ALL REJEC
Exactly the same problem. The funny thing is that my account was verified some time ago with the same documents that they now refuse to accept. Who knows why is that???

On December 20, 2024, I received this letter from the room's support team in my email with a notification that my account had been banned :
I did not violate any of the poker room rules. And naturally I decided that most likely there was some error in their violation tracking program. I wrote them letters in which I said that I did not violate their rules and was ready for any account checks with a request to reconsider the issue regarding my account.
I received a response from [email]support@pokerking.com[/email] that I considered a standard response according to the regulations from an employee who did not delve into the problem and did not clarify the information with the security department :
I assessed the response to my request through their website in the same way, considering that because of the holidays the question was not forwarded to the security service and they responded according to the regulations without delving into the essence of the problem. :
The response from [email]gameintegrity@winningpokernetwork.com[/email] made me even more nervous, but the note at the end of the letter clearly hints that the employee, again, without really delving into the problem, responded according to the regulations.
All these two weeks I was sure that there was a mistake and I just needed to contact the security department and the issue would be resolved.
But apparently there is little chance of achieving an adequate dialogue through letters to the support service and the security service. I am still waiting for a response from the manager through whom my affiliate contacted the room's security service regarding this ban. Therefore, all this time I did not create a topic on the forum, believing that the issue would be resolved through the security service and the delays in their response are due to the holidays.
I have always played fair, never violated the rules of the poker rooms I played in. And I am ready to pass any checks regarding the fairness of my game. At the time of the ban on December 20th, my account had about $2k + room RP points equivalent to $2,100 + a ticket to a $1,000 tournament, and I also could not complete the mile for which it was necessary to make 200k SP points by the end of the year, for which I would have received $2,600. At the time of the ban, I had 8,406 SP points left to make. (All progress from SP points will be lost on December 31st)
I hope to get help and advice from the community on what steps I need to take to regain access to my account.

Support has been messing with me for 3 days, apparently this seems like a new tactic to deny a player the right to play with them and to "steal" their money out of them during that time.

just 0 chance i had a different address in my clipboard from a previous transaction or something. the only account i've sent bitcoin to in several months was my coinbase account (it isn't in there)
any idea what could have happened? is there any way their cashier page address generation is wacked? i triple check every part of every transaction before i send

I sent them at least 10 times, they tell me to give them another bill, when they stopped asking for another document, now they tell me this every time "Please review the image quality of the uploaded document (no blurs or glares), make sure all 4 corners are visible and verify the supported formats (jpg, jpeg and png) and upload your document again."
There are ZERO blurs or glares and the 4 corners of the pictures is perfectly visible.
I did send the same way with the same camera and lighting my ID and CC for verification and there was no problems... strange right?!

I’ve already sent scanned copies, same **** :( they also asked me for screenshots of the documents as well. Even after I sent those, they still didn’t accept them, citing the same reasons about blurriness, glares, etc, etc.., which is super strange right?!

Whatever way they are assessing the docs is likely a problem. If you used a scanner or screenshot there is no glare or blurring. Probably another shithole using AI to do the job rather than pay a human.
I never played on this network and know little about them but is there any Rep on a social media platform that might be able to escalate this for you?
