Things that shouldn't piss you off, but do.
Feel free to add your own. I'll give two really quick.

Actually mine is people who get upset about being asked to show their receipts as they leave. Even if it's ultimately pointless and yes you are not obligated to do it, that monolithic corporation is providing a few people jobs who probably aren't all that skilled and all I have to pay is a moments delay as I leave the store? I'm fine with it and get irritated at people who cons
i make a point of asking them how many people they bust each day and the answer is always "you'd be surprised how many people we catch each day with unpaid items in their cart"
it seems like a cursory glance to us that will never catch anyone, but when they see the cart approach, they know exactly which items are the ones that were most likely snuck through
#1 reason those places don't bag up your stuff is so they can do the ocular patdown
That costco checker tried to double charge me for my TP once. Got the refund, only after 20min of standing at the exit. $18 on a ~$250+ bill.
Specifically, on costco receipts, they tally the number of items. A quick count is all they are doing at the door.
I'm all about pro-moves. But I guess that's why I'm McMuffin.
People who say 'egregious' and 'disingenuous' like they are clever. These words both popped up over a year and now they are used everywhere. Completely annoys me.
Don't be disingenuous Dom...

your post is fraught with peril and it perturbs me to feel besmirched

In his defense, he didn't specify over what year. He might have been talking about England in the 1520's.

“Gratuitous” has been in my life since Wayne’s World.
I use the word gratuitous about 18% more often in parties of 5 of more

Various school districts in the KC metro announced last week they would cancel school on Wednesday if there's a parade giving parents plenty of time to prepare.
Ours sent out the email within minutes of the game ending so they clearly decided on that last week but kept it a "surprise" or whatever. Last year they announced the cancelation the week before so I was under the impression they wouldn't cancel this year because they already had a bunch of snow days (that aren't being made up) and frankly it's not the same if you win a title every 30 years or 3 times in 5 years. Long story short, I have to find and pay for childcare last minute now.
Reason why it shouldn't piss me off is that it's obvious a good thing that they can host another parade.
People writing/saying "if ... was" instead of the proper "if ... were".
