I love red Robin's bacon fondue burger

But the burgers seem smaller to me than they used to be

Thankful for the unlimited fries (which are great dipped in the bacon fondue).

I had a RR teriyaki burg last month. It was delicious but definitely seemed smaller. As a kid I remember going to the mall RR and the burg plus fries filled the plate.

I was at Red Robin last night. I noticed that they brought back the Burnin Love Burger! Including the grilled jalapeno on top. It was fantastic, just like I remembered.

I did think the Scorpion burger was a decent substitute.

Ugh. Right when the Applebee's passes went on sale the site crashed. At least for me it did. After a couple minutes the page finally loaded but the passes were sold out. Lame.

I tried the Carl's Jr Sourdough burger for lunch. Pretty tasty, it reminded me of the old McDonald's signature burger with BBQ sauce and bacon.

We have an Applebee's but I think the Chili's 15 miles away recently closed. Now the nearest one may be 70 or more miles away. There is a rumor that we may be getting one 10 or so miles away though.

The last time I went to a Chili's was > 30 years ago. I think I have been to the local Applebee's twice since it opened 15-20 years ago. They always seem busy so they probably haven't missed me very much.

I don't much go to either, either. I'm a drive-through guy. The only times I go is when an out-of-town buddy stops by and we get lunch.
