Side note 1: Airport, usual story. Murican airports are the worst, seriously, chronically understaffed with underpaid workers and as a result chronically dysfunctional. But hey, somebody's gotta pay for all these crazy exec bonuses. Luggage not arriving happened to me on two Vegas trips and I think not on many other trips. Also I think I never arrived in time from or to a Vegas flight. I blame Schnitzelinder.
Side note 2: Peeps on the Vegas walks rarely bothered me, we are not the same on that. I usually know how to avoid them and if some drunk/drugged peep bumps into me once in a while I don't take it personally. Doing many gummies helps. I also jaywalk, yes, I am the worst, but I'm not suicidal, I look. I even jaywalked on occasion in Japan (not recommend lol, and not bcos of safety, moar like you are already regarded as a super rare prolly toxic alien species by mostly everybody and if you jaywalk that will be squared).
I once got arrested for jaywalking in Manila. After like 10 mins of discussion in the middle of a ten lane road and being threatened with social work, the cop let me go because I was a tourist and prolly because I stayed levelheaded and nice, lol.
