If your theory is correct, it would mean that Paisting would have zero suckouts if he played zero percent of the hands. But that can't be true – I'm sure the poker sites are designed in such a way that Paisting would suffer about 3-5 suckouts per month, even if he played zero hands.

Because (imho) For Paisting to play 40k hands he need to have few stretches where he has been jamming ATC. And when you do that there are gonna be many A9o vs A3o etc etc ,because it doesn't take much for people to notice a guy who open Jams 100bb stack and start calling A3s KQo 22 etc.
