Week 80 Recap

Greetings,
Bad week, very low morale as losing did not stop. Did let this run influence my game and made few bad plays around Thursday so decided to take Friday free which was very needed. Saturday had a nice bounce back 2nd session and from then on had solid grind. Volume was good whole week as having MTT on a side helps me play longer.

Had very good chance to bink big in MTT where I with 27 people left I took 50/50 gamble for chip lead (KQdd on Jx54dd vs Whale jamming flop ~35bb efc (4x pot jam after L/C w/ JTdd)) that also put me in the bad mood for the week as 1st place in that MTT got 1650$ (11$ Micro series), also sattied into 109$ Saturday Party (no luck there).

This is last week before traveling next Monday to Slovakia to bink some live MTTs (won 1500euro package back in ~May)

Next week have Zone 2.0 so as a result more study then usual (week 2). Grind will stay the same 2-3 session per day except Monday and Saturday have party with ex-coworker.

Week 81 Recap

Greetings,
Good week, gonna do a quick update as I have flight in 7 hours.

Week was very chaotic, waking up 6am multiple days (zone 2.0), MTT coaching, party with ex-coworkers, prepping for trip to Slovakia... but in all that chaos felt I did pretty good with having full attention at online tables.

Tilting/Funny part of the week was winning satty to 55$ PKO and then buying in with BR, only realizing after busting, buying in again this time with ticket and busting again. Best result of the week was 274$ for 3rd place.

Next week flying to Slovakia and hope to bink 250€ and/or 550€ Donkaments.

Week 82 Recap

Greetings, back from trip. Happy with how I played and still thinking about what could have been.

Day 1 (Monday), early morning flight to Vienna. Walked around center and then we took 1h bus to Bratislava to settle in apartment. Very strong rain whole day.

Day 2, Hendenmob 250€ Day 1A. Was solid start and at peak was 2x starting stack, last hand was A8o vs 92cc on AJ8cxc (3x 5c) opponent Xjamed flop ~30bb efc in SRP CO vs BB. opponent was very splashy and in last hour doubled 3 opponents, before Xjamming he asked me 'if I want be doubled aswell?'. Overall good table and good structure.

Day 3, Main Event 550€ Day 1A (500k€ GTD), small early set back from which I recovered by bet/calling OTT A8ss (pic below) on AT8dhd 7h vs 99 vs very aggro splashy Irish player at peek hand ~6,5x starting stack and in the end bagged 3,5x starting stack for day 2 (IM) on a pure bubble jammed KTs BTN (25bb vs 7bb vs 10bb) and got called by SB ATo.

Day 4/5/6, spent a lot of time w/GF walking around Bratislava and on day 6 took some time to study how to play my exact stack size being in Money (17bb)

Day 7, Day 2 of Main event. Was like 90/110 (40bb avg, 78k€ for 1st) played for around 1 hour before losing AKo vs 33 ~14bb efc. Made one payjump and in the end made 1250€.

Day 8 (Monday), Bus back to Vienna and flight back to Latvia.

Cash looked good but I decided focus on MTT + exploring city. Overall nice trip but I happy to be home and get back to balanced routine.

Online MTT: -100$

Week 83 Recap

Greetings,
For whatever reason felt like I already posted update Monday, my apologies.

Good week, was little bit afraid of how I will perform after not playing cash for ~ 9 days, so decided to start slow and be consistent (no wild plays based on reads etc etc). Happy with how week turned out poker wise despite not having best routine after poker trip.

Decided to make some goals for December (picture at very bottom). To have clean consistent grind during December. Also no more MTTs for 2025, little bit sick of them and just want to play cash (maybe live MTTs only).

This week plan is to stick to routine and have solid grind.

Week 84 Recap

Greetings,
Nice week, good start/middle and weak ending (Saturday/Sunday). Felt very solid and consistent and results where amazing but to meet my set rakeback goals I played a lot more Saturday/Sunday in the best conditions (early morning not fully woken up / later in evenings) and was happy to be breakeven during Saturday/Sunday (which is very bad sign). Thursday played live Donkament which was fun up until I lost few places before money ~2am (Not ideal for sleep).

Still not the best sleep and therefore missing mornings but have been slowly improving. Bought some better winter running gear so will have no excuses for missing my morning runs.

For following week will spread out grind better to still reach my set Rakeback goals while not forcing volume in sub-optimal conditions. And better sleep ofc. Monday/Friday Free (one evening session) and rest of the week good grind.

Week 85 Recap

Greetings,
Very frustrating week, non-stop unfortunate spots that didn't stop until very last session of the week in which I ran like god (+600$). Proud of myself for keeping it together and does not letting frustration influence my decisions, at least that how it felt on conscious level (Can't judge my unconscious competence). Feeling like a improvement in my mental game. Also need to learn how to run better at right stake, biggest difference was -10 buyins at 100nl and +15 buyins at 50nl.

Routine was okeyish, could be better. Sleep still lacking and waking up at planed 9am is very hard.

Next week grind as always.

Update

Greetings,
2025 been my first full year as a Pro Poker player and I haven't moved up stakes and my financial situation haven't improved.
I have traveled a bit, Malta 01.2025, Malta 04.2025 (Won package), GF to Italy 05.2025, Prague 05.2025, Bratislava 11.2025 (won package).

Goal was always to become a Pro and once I made it, I only really put 100% effort when being a pro was at risk (multiple times in 2025). Yes I did have some short term goals (volume/win rate/structure/etc etc) but those weren't geared towards progress, rather survival.
It's never been the failure I'm afraid off, rather succeeding and what to do after...

So, will have a simple but ambitious goal...
Shot take/Establish myself at 1000nl by 2026 December.
If I fail I will try again and If I succeed I will figure new goal that helps me progress.

Greetings,
Alright week, routine pretty bad but had solid volume (with Xmas and Bday), had very nice upswing on Saturday. Then I f**k it up Sunday, made one huge emotionally influenced punt and ended session. Also tried my luck playing little MTTs, lost two 33$ Day 1 of Mystery Bounty Main event and also sattied into 109$ bounty builder for 16,5$ but no luck there.

Week 89 Recap

Greetings,
Bad week despite making profit in the end (somehow). These confidence swings that are influenced by variance (mostly) good or bad always catches me off guard. From last weeks high highs to this weeks low lows. Did let it influence my game which is the worst part in all this, but one good session (Saturday evening) and felt like I'm back to normal. Also structure/routine felt apart during this low.

Monday played 11$ Day2 MTT (150k GTD w/ 10k top Mystery bounty) won 130$ from it and came close to having deep run (182 place, 10k$ for first... Was Top stack most of the tournament and even when I lost).

Week 90 & 91 Recap

Greetings,
Bad week 90 (-300$) and much better week 91 (+1050$), improved my diet drastically over this period and also started reading/analyzing MGOP2. Been Up and Down confidence wise as a result want to be more professional with how I approach grinding (Pre/Post play) and I know MGOP helped me a lot so I have no doubt that MGOP2 will help as much.

Have not been running these two weeks as I been semi-sick(weak immune system) plus its very cold outside (-15C*). Sleep routine is pretty bad as I been playing little bit later in night, because games been pretty dry during day. That has make me look for more alternative sites to play one, will see.

Greetings Everyone,

Haven't posted in two week but I'm still playing of course. Doing good and having good results.

Started mixing sites and some of them don't provide HH, so there are not much to show for here. Going forward will post probably post occasion updates.

Today going to play small local 1/1€, first Live poker in 2026.

Greetings from your colleague

Said i was going to post here, and kept my word

What you've been up too, haven't seen you in the tables as much, mixing sites, playing other hours?

Hope you getting good results, swings can **** you up mentally, how's your plan in moving up the stakes?

Waiting for updates, glgl
