Goal: 5 – 6 bouts
FAILED - 3.5 bouts, wasn't much to do fortunately

Poker:
Minimum – 2 hours of studying: 3 hours of live play (reserve library room for Tuesday)
Target – 3 hours of studying: 3 hours of live play
Stretch – 4 hours of studying: 6 hours of live play
STRETCH COMPLETE - 7.5 hours of studying; 5.5 hours of live play
Next I'll want to differentiate deep work studying and shallower studying like watching calls or low intensity hand reps

Goals for Sep 1 - 7:
I’m moving into my first apt this week! I also bought my first car. I’ll be spending a lot of time setting that up. I’m also driving to Ohio again this weekend. Honestly dreading having my weekend filled up again but I committed to going. There’s a significant difference in output when my weekend is empty. I’ll take this into account in planning future 4 week goals. Having 3 out of 4 weekends completely booked seems no bueno, especially with the apt and car purchase.
Also, next 4 week goal I want to include drilling as a goal.

Hola, I'm coming back to write some goals this week. I stopped posting for a while for 2 reasons.
1) My website blocking software would block this website and I wasn't able to fix it.
2) I no longer needed to write weekly goals for what I wanted to achieve.

2) is longer the case since I'd like more deep work sessions in my week than I currently have. I've struggle to implement this myself so I'm taking the Life of Focus course by Scott Young and Cal Newport to help this.

Goals for 6/1 - 6/7:

Monday:
Focused work session: 11a - Noon
Optional work session: 4:30p - 5:30p

Tuesday:
Focused work session: 11a - Noon
Optional work session: 3p - 4p

Wednesday:
Focused work session: 11a - Noon (play live afterwards)

No work session (play live all day basically)
