Are you still taking roids? Quitting those would be a good start.
You're taking so many substances and still going out and clubbing/raving, if you are seriously concerned stop doing all that shit (besides the anti psychs if you need them) for at least a couple weeks and see if your symptoms don't go away.
According to Google (for what it's worth) swollen lymph nodes in your groin are typically either an infection or STI, rarely cancer.
Losing significant muscle mass seems strange assuming you are still working out consistently?
Regardless with all that going on you should visit the doctor, I wouldn't stress over it too much though.
