GTO+/CardRunnersEV?
This is the support thread for CardRunnersEV, which is hand EV analysis software.
SPR option is something I like and want but another option I also like and want, and I believe some others like, is the current stack approach because there are situations where the action goes bet and raise and the bettor is thinking about what is behind and not what the pot is to shove or not I think even though it's calculable I believe
When I was testing the beta, there was two situations I encountered with initial stack and therefore prefer current stack
The first situation:
Flop-
Initial stack
I think that the only value to look at, would be how much stack would be left (compared to the pot) after making the intended bet.
If this value is too low to leave any meaningful final bet, then you may as well push.
Other than that, at the moment we offer the "smoothly" option to take care of final play.
It solves all of these issues and results in realistically sized bets in the final betting stages.
To me, it seems superior to using a "bet or push" approach, in which players bet the intended size blindly, and then suddenly push for the final bet.
Furthermore, I think found a bug that I am not sure if you have seen or not:
When I enter two sizes: like 10% and A and set a stack threshold, the beta shoves only and doesn't create the 10% bet size node
Please let me know if I was being unclear and thanks Scylla
Yes, thank you for pointing this out; we've already noticed this, and taken care of it.
Is there anyway to copy monkersolver strategies to GTO+ seamlessly?
I have some multiway monker sims that I want to further analyze using GTO+
We import several different formats, however I don't know if we offer this specific one.
Can you send a sample of such a strategy to our support, so that we can check whether we already have an import available?
I let the sim play against itself (theoretically e btn vs bb - srp simulation).
Sadly, when i try to import the hands in pt4, half of them are not imported, with this kind of error.
What is imported isn't representitive of the total, because if i divide winning hands in the sim by total hands, it's a wwsf of around 60%, but the imported hands give a wwsf of 50%.
Is it possible to fix it, or did i do something wrong? Thanks.

Can you send one of the hand histories to support?
We'll see if we can figure out why the hands are not imported.
It would be great if GTO+ had the addition of a preflop trainer. Can you consider this possibility?
Hi,
1) is it possible to obtain the EQR curves for hero and villain as with that of Equity in GTO+?
See the graph like Pio?
![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/twoplustwo-actually-definitely-helping-stud/userimages/oJggYAW.jpg)
2) PT4 removes the rake only at showdown.
When I configure GTO+ should I deduct the rake from the flop?
Or leave it like in PT4?
Example: the flop pot is $2 on PT4, but in game it is $1.86.
On GTO+ do I put $2 or $1.86?
3) what RGB are you using?
I really like the colors ;-)

1.
Yes, this data is displayed in the "Range vs range" field.
Clicking on it will give you more details.
An update with additional features will be available next week.

2.
You should leave the pot as $2, and set rake+cap at the appropriate game value (usually, this will be 5%) under "Build tree".
So, you'll need to set both rake and cap.

3.
Are these the colours for equity or for the colour of actions?
The colours for actions can be edited by clicking on the "Configure" icon in the lower left of the starting hand matrix.

Hey Scy, different values keep being shown in the frequency tab and it isn't very clear. I'm not sure which value I should pay attention to.
The frequencies in the "Special editing options" menu are based on combos (in other words, they do not include card removal).
If you want the frequencies in the menu to match up with the ones in the navigator, then turn OFF "card removal" (in the upper right).

Scylla, many thanks for that latest updates !
A question about iscentives.
In this example Pot is 10.9 the only bet avaliable is POT bet. And incentive is 10% of Pot
But comparing to initial solution EV of bet decreased. A bit confusing . Where is an "incentive" to bet more frequently 😀
An incentive of 1.1 means that, while solving, the solver incorrectly believes his bets to overperform by $1.1.
As a result, he will bet more frequently, and with a slightly incorrect range.
A consequence of this will be that his EV will drop compared to optimal play.
how does Frequency slider in special option calculates which combos increase frequently?
Hi,
I tried to let sim play against it self, but the output HH looks kinda strange when i import them in a tracker, and cant filter them for certain spots. Would be nice if there were a possibility to chose the spot the sim is for. Like 3 bet pot SB vs bb.

At the moment, in v172, you can set whether OOP or IP was first to act preflop.
If that's not sufficient, then we can consider more customization options for future releases.
When I double click on the gto policy file it shows that the trial version can only load save files created by other trial versions. I can open this file in gto+. What's the problem

It sounds like the software is not activated, and you're in trial mode.
If the software was previously activated on this computer, then go to "register" in the menu (see screenshot below) and activate the software again.
Request new key
Otherwise, you can request a new key for GTO+ here: www.gtoplus.com/request-a-key
It will be sent to you within a few minutes of your request.
Hardware ID?
To get your hardware ID, start GTO+ and go to "register" in its menu.
If you need further support, then please let us know via the "Contact" form on our website:

So I made this setup vs a database of the largest flop subset in GTO+ for practice on flop betting. Seems to work well although it took a long time to solve the entire database. I wanted to build an easy strat with 2 different sizings and I default to the largest bet size if the solver mixes. Any suggestion to improve the setup?

My software is activated, but only gto+ files in certain folders cannot be opened by double-clicking. Other files can be opened normally by double-clicking them.
Hi Scylla i have a question about the "Go all-in if remaining bet bellow" function. If i am understanding this correctly all this function does is when the stack is 40% of the size of the pot it only gives us the option to go all in or check right? But when i enable this function it completely messes up the solution and removes some bet sizings, for example:
![](https://tptstorageaccount38381.blob.core.windows.net/images/resized_UUcOs9w.png?width=1440&height=809)
![](https://tptstorageaccount38381.blob.core.windows.net/images/resized_8OjhMv2.png?width=1440&height=1034)
So in this situation i bet the flop, turn goes check check and on the river i no longer have the option to bet 75% and 125%, why is that? Am i not understanding what this function does or what?
