I play bodog and I transform the hands with Ignition hand converter. I wanted to transfer all the converted database to PT4, but many hands I get errors. I looked in the folder of the hands, and I saw that the errors are thrown in the hands in which someone takes the blinds preflop. Did this happen to anyone? Do you know how to solve it?

What are the original source of these hands? If they are directly from bodog, you shouldn't have any errors importing into PT4 at all. The converter is only converting originally sourced Bovada/ignition hands. Not from another catcher, or data mining source.

They are the same. I'm saying, the only reason you'd have errors is because the original hands aren't from Bodog, or your settings in the converter are not set to PT4.

The hands are from Bodog, I only play this site, and the converter is set in PT4

Can you send some of these original hands from Bodog to support then? I've not seen any issues w/ imports, but we'll check for you.

Yes, I believe they fixed it, I just don't have a build time. I will ask and post tomorrow.

Yes, but I don't have an update if it was released, or at least don't see it. I'm asking again and I'll update in here tmw.

There's no build, it's working correctly. This is what he dev team said: I successfully converted hands from 2+2 then imported them into PT4 without errors. I think his settings are wrong, probably he selected HM2 in settings instead of PT4. Because my converted hand is different from his converted hand. And he needs to make sure that he uses the latest version of IHC.

Can I use the license on two computers at the same time?

Yes, 1 license is good for activation on 2 systems.
