I've had to start computer set up over. Seems like my converter is missing a bunch of hands. I played 3 hour sesh and it only downloaded 112 hands. Playing 4 reg tables.
When I go to Ipoker hero in HEM 2 there are over 600 hands that were played. But after downloading and converting and going to hero pokerstars it says I only played 67 minutes and 112 hands.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The converter won't miss hands, maybe ignition didn't full download them? Check back to see if you can re-download, and then look in the actual folder to make sure they are there before you convert.
You are listing hero for 2 different formats... did you create an alias in hm2 to combine them?
I'm looking at the hands in the folder that has all the cards of the opponents.
I've checked and there are hands that are in the folder that aren't in HEM 2. So hands are missing that were downloaded and converted.
My card catcher downloads hands into HEM 2 as I'm playing (hero is Ipoker)but the hole cards aren't revealed until the next day when I download them and convert them (hero is pokerstars). Once converted I can't get all of them into HEM 2 for some reason.
Also it used to be that the HEM 2 had to be version .8079 or earlier to have all hole cards show (like it says in video tutorial). Is that still the case?

No you don't need that older version of HM2, but Hm2 will not update and replace the hands. It wasn't built to do that. If you have the hands in 2 different formats, then you need to switch between the two hand formats and use pokerstars Hero to see your hands w/ all hole cards revealed.

Actually, I find this more useful than the card catcher before switching to drivehud. Hands converted by the ignition converter shows all the hole cards you did not see while playing, pretty good for off table study. 😀

Depends on his needs though. But yes, it's handy to have all the hole card data.
Solved. support told me how to fix it and also gave me this link just in case it happens again.
