Hi,

Can someone tell me the best way of writing notes with starscaption? I can´t type, tabkes are always changing focus!

At first try to turn off all options that can steal focus
1. Popup table whenever action is required in PokerStars and StarsCaption (you can turn one of them on again, but with sub-option Don't steal focus or Disable if Note editor is open)
2. Turn off Options / Auto time bank in StarsCaption if you have it enabled (use Time bank / Always in PokerStars settings instead)

Check if the focus stops changing after this.

Both options you need are added it this version:

StarsCaption v1.26

HUD / Table panels / OnHover / BB bet value
and
HUD / Table panels / ОnClick / Send hotkey to table (it can be used for both PokerStars and StarsCaption hotkeys, and some other software hotkey will work too)

Sorry I forgot to update on this, seems it happens when a player posts a dead BB then checks. Maybe a fix would be to automatically activate if there's a dead BB posted?

The custom notes menu has stopped working in in StarsCaption since several days now in Pokerstars. When left or right clicking on a player nothing happens.

Btw thanks for adding the BB bet value on hover for betting buttons. Could you make it appear above the mouse pointer instead of under? It seems more natural above

Try to check if both StarsCaption and PokerStars client are configured to run as admin and you don't have any red messages in License / Diagnostics

Can you make a change on how Bet with Autobet works?

Currently after clicking on a betting button and releasing the click, firstly the bet slider adjusts to match the desired bet size, then betting is performed.
However this feels a bit slow and glitchy.

My suggestion: when clicking on a betting button, the bet slider will instantly adjust the bet size. Then on release, the betting will be performed.
This will feel much faster because there is a natural delay between clicking and releasing a betting button. By the time it comes time to release, the bet size will be ready and betting will be performed instantly.
(The release has to be over the betting button however. If the release happens elsewhere, the betting is cancelled, as it currently works)

Please make this happen! It will improve the playing experience for all us who use bet with autobet 😀

You can try to decrease (and even set to 0) Options / Debug / Test30
With 0 StarsCaption will click Raise button immediately
But PokerStars doesn't process the bet box input instantly, and if you enter a value and immediately click the button, it may place a bet of the wrong (previous) size.
For this reason StarsCaption makes a delay and waits an inscription on a Raise button to be updated.
It might work faster if you increase the frame rate in the poker client settings, try experimenting with that.

I set the framerate of PS graphics to max and Test30 to 10 and it seems to be working fine, played a few games. Thank you!

Helo, I have tried to use CoinCaption, but it seems it's incompatible with Jurojin.
It seems that that after while when playing Jurojin postflop betbox and bet buttons stops working, as well as Jurojin overlays (pot odds etc.).
I only used CoinCaption to change fonts and disabled betscript and hotkeys so it should't interfere.

It's strange, I have no idea why this could be.
Try asking Jurojin support, maybe they can help you with something (Maybe they know why this might be happening and what ways there are to fix it)
I can try to investigate this, but I'm unlikely to be able to find the cause if something stopped working outside of my program.

Also you can try to use all these options (betbox, betting buttons, pot odds, etc.) in CoinCaption

I think CoinCaption has a bug, when closing table it automatically also closes MTT lobby associated with it (at least in MTTs).
Also is it possible in CoinCaption to add betbox? Something similar to StarsCaption betbox would be great.

It's not a bug, but I understand that this may be inconvenient. I'll try adding an option for this or maybe I'll make an autodetect, whether the lobby was opened manually or CoinCaption opened it automatically to update TL tags.

Hi, since last ps update with the notes and colours, if i use custon player note menu i only have acces to 10 colours and tags, and if i dont use it i cant scroll down the tags menu when using caption, it can be something related to the scrol wheel settings, its there any way to solve it and see all the tags like before? Thanks

StarsCaption reads a set of tags from this dialog box, and unfortunately, I can't read more than 10 tags from there at a time.

There is a way to set all colors, but it's a little more complicated

Turn on Set note via Chat / Notes option here, and use Set note menu to set notes.
Set note hotkeys from the list above also can be used with 10+ labels in this mode
