A way to trick yourselves into applying logic to your thoughts on trump would be to ask yourself if someone besides trump did something that trump did or said would you still be enraged to the point where you cry yourself to sleep at night.
So let's try this example with your idea that there are some vague similarities between trump and nazi germany: The Unabomber was lefthanded, is one of the most socially awkward people you'd ever care to meet, 5'8, can spend 45 minutes answering a simple question where you are left pondering if they actually answered your question, a shoe size of 8, cackles when he laughs and people described him as quirky. Now just because the Unabomber and kamala harris have all those things in common does NOT mean kamala is planning on blowing people up.

For instance, he didn't write Mein Kamph. Even Hitler cultists say that he dictated it to Rudolph Hesse. Well, he was a raving lunatic in a jail cell and Hesse wrote something down. He was a cult leader, and people talked about his accomplishments and intelligence the way they talk about Kim jong-un.

I stayed in HB for work back in 2023 and I was driving around behind the hotel on Olive and there was a dude just hitting a meth pipe in the middle of the sidewalk

Wow... awesome. I've never seen that b4, but HB has some remnants of meth head skinheads that are slowly being priced out of here. And yes the drive up PCH is amazing... I'm blessed to have it.
When I originally moved to HB, it was one of last few affordable beach towns for working class families. That's now not the case anymore.
It used to have a great surfing culture, and whether you were left / right, or whatever... everyone was cool w/ each other, and people mentored each other on the ocean. We could all hang out, have a beer, and make fun of each other. It's not like that anymore. The people who leaned right, aren't the same people anymore. Like someone flipped a switch inside them.
People in the community are feeling it everywhere. The Chris Kulwe guy that spoke out at our town hall, MAGA are calling him a pedophile in public, and harassing him at his home.
All I can say after living here for over 30 years, I've never felt unsafe in my community, but now I do. As someone who has had now seven road rage episodes in the past 2 years, where I had previously had 1 maybe my entire life, the hostility is palpable.

It isn't even just about Trump and if we think he is evil or has good intentions that we just happen to disagree with. I personally don't believe he has much of an ideology and while most of his ideas that I read about are clearly bad, I don't expect all the perfectly normal things a president does to make the news.
The issue is with his disregard for decorum that got him elected, and also extends to actually useful things like checks and balances, that you might think are currently skewing more partisan in a funny way, but are basically being eroded.
This opens up many bad possibilities for the future. You must see that?

Both the unabomber and Kamala like pizza, think family is important, loved people of the opposite sex and thought it was a good idea to wear a coat when it was cold outside. Again, if this sounds stupid to you it should. The comparison of hitler and trump is just incredible stupid.

Your arguments falls apart when you realize all of these all apply to dems in the last 5 years. I think between BLM riots, Covid policies, threatening social media companies what they should allow on their sites, lying about the Biden laptop and lying about trump being a Russian asset 8 years ago should cover all of these.
