President Donald Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
I often wonder if Democrats or whoever regret stealing the 2020 election. It gave Trump 4 years to plan and organize. The current administration is just so good and moving at rapid speed. It will be multiple terms before Democrats recover from the success this administration is having and going to have on the trajectory they are on, it's constant wins, everyday.
Good post. I never thought of it this way. I think the cultists outnumber the others though.
I tend to agree with you.
But many of his biggest supporters in the blathersphere (Candace, Milo, Tucker) have turned on him.
Also, coulter is despicable.
Yeah, sometimes she goes overboard, Biggerboat.

To Nikki Haley:
“Why don’t you go back to your own country?”

“Her candidacy did remind me that I need to immigrate to India so I can demand they start taking down parts of their history. What’s with the worshipping of the cows? They’re all starving over there. Did you know they have a rat temple, where they worship rats?”

It’s relatively cheap to “turn” on someone after they have already been elected, and you go at them 5% as hard as you do other people.
The white supremacists “turned” on Trump for being too pro-Israel, but that doesn’t mean they won’t defend him anyway in most contexts. They just have some slight criticisms of him.
I've been mildly curious what it would be like to be in a cult, from the perspective of being completely brainwashed, yet having zero idea you are. I've watched docs from ex cult members, and it's pretty crazy to what degree they will go to re-enforce their brainwashing.
As a philosopher, I just can't imagine being that divorced from reason and common sense, and not having the ability to see what is so obvious to people outside the cult.
This is kinda crazy that nowadays is the norm to not speak about:
department of war
hyundai raid
carribean positioning
venezuela threats
etc....
there is so much stuff daily that would have fueled weeks/months of talks a decade ago (but mustard!)

I think a lot of people, consciously or not, find relief in the reality of not having to think for themselves. Ignorance is bliss and all that jazz.

Little more than a tactical move imo they're just trying to service a slice of the the audience while keeping them onboard overall. Tucker and Candace are not rebel outsiders lol
Yeah, that’s pretty ****ing dumb.

I just have no idea what is even meant by that. And if I was a Christian I would be skeptical of Christianity being used as a justification for foreign policy.
(Department of State doesn’t deal with anything domestic so they must be referring to some kind of anti-Christian foreign policy?)

Theocracy « values » can be applied at home and overseas .
Now you believe what they will try to impose overseas they won’t domestically ?
They already trying in some states .
Another totally normal thing for the POTUS to be posting on social media:

I actually worked with a girl that was part of that Waco stuff. Sat right next to her. She's in the documentary about it. She got out of the compound right before the **** hit the fan. To this day she believes koresh was the second coming.

Crazy.
There's something fascinating about how people get sucked into cults. The ability for the mind to re-enforce bad beliefs, shut down counter arguments, and want so desperately to be a part of something and a group w/ special knowledge that nobody else has. It's fascinated me from an early age.
I took a Western religion class in college that had a long list of people standing up in the middle of the class, shouting random nonsense, leaving and dropping the class. What got them so riled up? The professor stated some Christian beliefs that have long circulated. Then asked the class to find them in the new testament. Spoiler, they didn't exist. And when people put two and two together, they flipped out.

Who knows what happens in these next few years under Trump but what I sure do hope happens is that the world moves on from the cancer that's the USA. The less influence the US has moving forward the better.

I wonder in her mind, If he was the second coming , why didn’t he came back or what was suppose to happen when his gone ?
