I completely agree with this statement. However, gang members don't only kill other gang members. They also kill innocent people (intentionally or unintentionally) and those are the people who I think are more worthy of protecting.

I don't think saying "In other words suggesting we should only prosecute the parents if they kids killed in a classroom is beyond stupid." is a strawman. Who ITT, in the media or a politician have you heard say we should prosecute a parent of a killer of someone who wasn't in a school. I can't think of one example (besides myself).

I wasn't "just asking questions" and I stand by my statement. As I am now saying for the 3rd time now: this policy idea would be great for the black community long-term and the fact that you think it is racist is as stupid as it is sad.

You are calling a fit guy "fat" right now. I understand what you are trying to do, but pick something else about me that may hurt my feelings because you aren't going to accomplish that by calling me stupid.

That would be believable if you didn't support people/policies that directly harm people.

Can you give me a couple examples of a politician or other well known person that doesn’t support any policies that direct harm people?

I think it can be argued that on nearly every major policy issue we face today both sides harm some group of people.

Sure, gang members sometimes kill random people, and I think they should be prosecuted, along with their parents if they played a similar role. I never said they shouldn't be, and I don't think anyone else did either.

I have never heard of (that I can remember anyway) of multiple murders done by a young person outside of a school. If that happened I would want it to be treated the same way as the school shootings.

Can you think of one example of that even happening? If it has, it certainly isn't happening nearly as often as the school shootings, which is why you haven't heard anyone mention them.

Lmao at the argument of, "Extending ACA subsidies would result in billionaires not getting an additional tax break; ergo, supporting ACA subsidies directly harms people."

It probably already is a policy for prosecutors everywhere; they just haven't run across this sort of perfect storm of provable elements to make a case. Based on the little I know about the case, I would have voted guilty even if a mailman were the sole victim.

Thank you for supporting my argument. I think the people ITT that disagree with me actually agree with us that prosecuting crime is effective in reducing future crime - which is why I have repeated the claim 4 times and have gotten 0 pushback on it.

Not only does ACA hurt billionaires but it hurts millions of non-billionaires too. Somebody has to pay for these “free” programs. Although, billionaires pay a lion share of the taxes in this country (as you said) there are a lot of other hard working Americans that pay taxes to pay for programs like this as well, so ACA hurts a large majority of them too.

The macafee thing is a new accusation and seems kind of random. The only times I’ve seen his show were clips of when Aaron Godgers was on but once Godgers signed off so did I. Is macafee a right winger?

Yeah, but it's silly to have people asking if they can bring firearms into an establishment; either allow them or don't allow them. This still allows establishments to outright ban firearms in their businesses.

If someone is in a restaurant with an assault rifle while wearing sunglasses, they should go to a pound me in the ass prison and tell the other prisoners the are a pedophile.
