Depends. If the situation stabilises, and the much-advertised Arab-financed reconstruction gets underway, and the Arab states don't want Hamas around (and even Qatar is revising its position), and Iran doesn't want to make itself a target again, the whole thing changes and Hamas gets left behind. The Israelis currently in power want to continue the war at all costs, but they ma

Smotrich may be the only person on the planet more disappointed than Victor atm.

its literally impossible for you to not lie

And you couldn't be bothered to find out, despite the extreme simplicity of doing so, probably for one or more of the reasons given above.

I was editing an already made post from my phone while at work. I'm sorry that I didn't spend 20 minutes looking up her accomplishments before noting that my post was already out of date the moment I posted it

You are being incredibly weird about a giant nothing burger. Congratulations

Every accusation is a confession with these people. I’ve literally never encountered a more dishonest person irl or online and it’s not close at all.

right well that is bc it is impossible for you to properly comprehend anything. you evaluate the truth of a position by how well it conforms to mainstream power. that is why this whole genocide has caused you to, in your own words, crash out. you have spent over 2 years supporting a genocide and you have no way to come to terms with your abhorrent views so you can only lash out incoherently and unhinged.

The genocide wasn’t the war, remember? At least keep your ******ed talking points vic

I’ve done nothing to support any genocide beyond posting in here and paying my taxes, which in your mind is some sort of explicit support for murdering children. No judgement if you don’t, but you probably pay taxes as well and contribute as much as I do to any perceived genocide going on in Gaza. So maybe get off your high horse and join the rest of us on the ground at some point.

The mainstream power dictates that if you go on a murder rape spree through a neighboring country, targeting a music festival and civilian communities, ultimately dragging hundreds of hostages back into tunnels built from stolen aid, the attacked country will do anything in its power to defend itself and ensure that doesn’t happen again. I’m fine with that.

I’m struggling to come out of this and not think that everything the left said about Israel being nazis who want to holocaust all Palestinians was a complete and total lie and farce.

All the charges of mass starvation seem to be false, that they would not stop until the West Bank and Gaza were taken over were false, and that the far right in Israel speaks for all of Israel is false:

I also don’t see how anyone taking a serious look at what actually happened could come to a different conclusion. What they said would happen never happened, and they called it genocide from the beginning and tried to turn every horrific story into confirmation of genocide.

That’s if the war is actually over.

And I actually think victor is mad that the war is over (if it is). I truly do. Because see how he says “the genocide will just slow down”? He is angry there will be less attention paid to Gaza from now on.

by Victor

why would I care what Russia does? and this is not a peace deal lol. the genocide will continue but a little slower. Israel's desire to exterminate families will never be satisfied.

yet gaza will continue to be overpopulated as the population grows. which is honestly a huge part of the problem. some extermination ! of course hes mad its over. Hamas lost

Kinda interesting the whole “America first” crowd is kinda quiet on the whole Qatar training base in Idaho thing.

Really makes you wonder what their actual motives are, and how compromised they might be.

Now I personally am not a so called America first isolationist that is arguing we are letting ourselves be led around by Middle East nations, and need to disentangle ourselves from this region entirely.

But if I was such a person and operating off of first principles, I imagine I would be pretty outraged at how much we are entangling ourselves with Qatar. It seems every day there is a new announcement of further entanglements with this nation, and mostly crickets from the “America First” crowd.

Special shout out to Tucker Qatarlson for his agnosticism.

It was discussed a lot around the time. Political commentators felt that if Challenger had been a success (and you have to remember what a big deal it was at the time) Reagan wouldn't have needed a statement win for his presidency.

I've never heard of that discussion. I was a kid at the time, but I later worked on Space Shuttle and the disaster is a subject I've nerded out on over the years (I saw the launch live from the school playground). There were 24 shuttle flights prior to Challenger, so while they were doing the teacher in space thing, it was by no means going to be some signature achievement.

Now, there was political pressure to launch Challenger despite the cold temperatures. Long story, but to sell the shuttle program in 1973 NASA just kept upping their promises in terms of cost per flight and turnaround times, and even then Congress just barely decided to fund the program. A few years into flights it was obviously they were never get anywhere close to the original projections. It was known there was an issue with the boosters, and they had burn throughs on previous flights. They had just been lucky and none of the burn throughs were pointed at the external tank. Standing down to fix it would result in cancellation of the program, so they pressed on. A friend of mine's Dad was running Rocketdyne at the time and he said there was pressure directly from the White House to go. To me its a fascinating political, organizational and engineering case study, but its not related to the cold war.

This sure seems like a giant farce to shoehorn Trump in for Nobel Prize. Its actually pathetic all the groveling going on right now

I hope they give it to Greta or something. Nothing would make these ******s implode more than that

edit: Oh, I'm dumb, it went to some Venezuelan lady and the white house is actively melting down right now

After Obama's one - this should have been a slam dunk no?

After Obama's one - this should have been a slam dunk no?

I wasn’t political around then so no comment on him winning but Obama didn’t establish the department of war or declare war on his own country or deploy troops on Us soil so at least on that front I’m going to say, No

Maybe start with America First then do performative nonsense with the funders of hamas after

Interesting, thanks, but you need to remember how, after all the hullabaloo, it blew up in Reagans face, and how this thread tangent comes from speculation about second term “legacy” projects.

Feynman's writings on the challenger is a must read for those interested in the disaster

Pretty much the day the ceasefire was called Hamas soldiers began the street shootings. And are even announcing there will be lots of public executions. Lots of videos like this circulating.

Again, it should be noted Israel was accused of atrocities like this for 2 years straight, never a single piece of video evidence. All while videos of Hamas doing this kind of stuff have been all over the internet, with Western leftists just ignoring it.

Shockingly Hamas is executing people who collaborated with Israel to exterminate their own people. I do find it fitting that Israel just dipped out and left these guys to this certain fate.

Afaik Victor, Jalfrezi, crackman, et al have not posted a single video of IDF troops firing on Palestinians itt. I think Victor has claimed he has them but will get banned for posting them.

Public street executions without trial. Gotta love the liberal values people like you and DuescesCrackhead claim to be championing.

How do we know that this is what happened without a trial or without knowing anything about them?

For all we know they executed a fellow Hamas freedom fighter for not stealing food from an old lady. That’s what they’re best at doing.

Also interesting how there is footage of this but barely any footage of the thousand+ alleged killings surrounding GHF drop points.

wonder why they dont have trials in Gaza right now

Ofc the rational, liberal values oriented thing to do is just execute the man in the street.

by Victor

there’s a ceasefire in place, that’s not an excuse anymore

it’s bold of you to assume they would have trials if they could

Wrong, but no less than I’d expect from such a proud non reader as yourself.
