It's good to see law enforcement clearing out these criminals from the college campuses. If this continues it's gonna get out of control and people will die. Those arrested should be made to pay for the cost of the police and extra security.

Like the post was stating, it's unclear whether you actually believe some of the more obvious fictional tales in the Torah. You can either clearly state one way or the other, or continue to pretend to be some kind of victim.

What i believe or not is not relevant for Israel's right to exist so I'm not sure why you would care what i may or may not believe

Where’s the rules for which countries have a right to exist and which don’t

It's obviously relevant if you think Israel has a right to exist above all others because of something in Exodus or Deuteronomy. If you think Israel has a right to exist like pretty much any other country that already does exist, that's completely different.

I expect better of Jews. That is a bit supremacist I guess, but it's not that Jews have good-person genes, it's that I thought being good and compassionate was the lesson from all the oppression and killing, not "kill 'em all".

Do you think this is the lesson the Palestinians are internalizing right now? Of course not. In their case you (and everyone else in this thread) is arguing that oppressing and killing them is just going to radicalize them more.

So clearly you think there is some cultural or biological reason Jews should act differently than Muslim Arabs.

Can you look through my 150,000 posts and find one where i make that argument please

if you want a derail for the next 24h.

What would happen if Israel sent 5000 paratroopers to Ukraine? To help "train" folks.

Thought hit me while cooking dinner. Pretty Game of Thrones.

Israel wants to keep open the possibility of buying weapons from Russia, so they wouldn't do that.

It's been a long time since bible studies but I'm 99.99% the Old Testament and some parts of the Torah that didn't make it into the Catholic Bible, have verses on being fair and just toward your enemies because: 1. it's the right thing to do; 2. it's the best way to triumph over evil; 3. it's necessary to fight our own demons within.

Israel needs to do better.

Interesting timing of this post given we are in the middle of a Jewish holiday where the Jewish God punished the people's enemies with a number of plagues, culminating in "genocide"...

I don't know any Palestinians well enough say. I don't judge them by Hamas or by the rage-fuel-click-bait from RWNJs.

Of course there are cultural differences. The biological differences are essentially nothing. I'm pretty sure a Palestinian Arab is closer genetically on average to a Mizrahi Jew than I am.

why?

do you think they would be effective trainers? murdering women and children and hospital patients is a lot different than fighting an actual hardened army. something which Ukraine has proven quite adept at.

This should make y'all happy Defense Minister Gallant signed warrants for detention without trial against five Israeli settlers. The five had a central role in attacks against Palestinians earlier this month after the discovery of Israeli teen Binyamin Ahimeir's body, a security source told Haaretz. Overnight into Sunday, two settlers were arrested after clashing with Israeli f

Justice is important, but I don't get off on punishment of any kind. Look at the fascists like mongodig for that. The hostages being released would make me happy. Israel not killing a lot of people in Rafah and getting finding out that the low estimates of people killed are right would be nice too.

Fancy website anyway.

This starts with some news from the mid east. Gains for women's rights, but not for the LGBTQ community.

right? That was my only takeaway, too.

Don't you harm one single shingle on the head of that innocent domicile.

The massive, arbitrary destruction of civilian housing in violent conflict should be recognised as a crime under international law, the UN’s independent housing rights expert told the General Assembly today.

Doesn't seem too ridiculous to me.

I have my doubts it's arbitrary, but plough on.

We've Top Men working on it, tho, coupling the term domicide - coined in 2001 - and this latest 'housing rights expertise.'
