my rule of thumb in those threads is that when a new account pops in and all it does is insult/poke fun at others in its first few posts then just put on ignore right away

i'm sure a mod could check it, but would be shocked if that's not the alt of an active poster rather than a fresh attempt at a previously banned poster or someone who just magically came to post about politics on a dying poker forum
