2022-2023 Saw Manchester City’s Death Star become fully operational winning the Premier League with 89 points by e
Someone tell Spurs that it is enough to capitulate against City to help them to the title.
Here comes Richarlison, that's really going to change the momentum
Can't even blame variance etc here they've missed a hateful of good chances too, and we have had like 2 shots despite lots of the ball.
Whole team has no confidence around the opposing box it is brutal.
lol bissouma
thats the goal you think you are about to score in your head in the playground, just before it dribbles off your foot for a goal kick

I guess the only way that Spurs are getting anything out of this is if we extend that metaphor, ring the bell once we get to 90 minutes and it becomes next goal wins
Congrats to Bromley, promoted to EFL for the very first time
Maybe this will get interesting after all
Oh and that's a bad miss
Lmao Salah
lol Sours again
"That's why I came to the club. Somebody said to me last week, 'Just do your job Ange', and my job is to come here and try to bring success and if you don't think you're going to be in the title race in 12 months' time then I don't know why I'm here"'

Crazy how different the narrative between Spurs & Chelsea is at the moment
I remain convinced that if you shuffle the luck factor a bit, there is a world where Chelsea is ahead yet it's lolchelsea and the new gaffer of Spurs is a genius
A few months later and Spurs xGD is +2 while Chelsea's is +20
Good reminder to not crown whatever new bloke wins his first 5 games as a coach next season
Spurs somehow getting a result vs city despite losing the xg by like .3 - 4.7 is the going to be most inevitably funny thats so spursy thing ever

mmm im sure the 58th occurrence is the point at which people learn their lesson
oh whats that, there's a new wolves manager? and he's collected ten points in his first four games?? and no one can pronounce his name because he's basque and it has a bunch of x's!!!

Turns out vicario is not in fact the best goalie in the world and that Nico Jackson can indeed hit the broad side of a barn. Chelsea / spurs recent form was pretty easily predicted by just looking at the xg and saying performances will probably regress to the mean in some capacity. Even if there is some signal in the under/overperformance it was never going to continue to be as ridiculously extreme as it was in the first half of the season.

Most reasonable people saw (and stated!) that we were running hot and that Chelsea were absolutely not.
Chelsea are ~1-2 players away (including a very good striker) from being really really good imo.
Chelsea do have a very good striker in Nkunku just unfortunate he's always injured
city are sending cease and desist letters to anyone calling them out
lol mun
Comedy defending there
Lol just noticed literally half of mun's bench is FM regens
