Copa América 2024 (now featuring more lolCONCACAF!)

it's south america vs north america vs central america, live from th
love a ref not giving in to fake injuries. wish they would just not let them back into the game for 3-5 minutes.
Maybe there should be a minimum time off the field if a guy like that doesn't get subbed
Over/under 3 minutes stoppage time
Sun has officially gone down
Release the vampire
who could forget dear ratboy...
even at age 5000 or whatever he seems infinitely more likely to score than loldarwin
this game is another good example of the difference between conmebol and concacaf energy; our shenanigans are cheeky and fun
did the ref just hold up the match so he could get a drink?
haha he's definitely left no doubt who's in charge out there.
even 7 extra minutes seems low. but at least its not something farcical like 4.
omg
this game, man
wild stuff.
I have no idea how there were no goals scored 2nd half. so many wasted opportunities both ways. and uruguay definintely wasted a golden opportunity to advance being up a man the entire 2nd half. they've got to be kicking themselves.
anyways - argentina vs. colombia it is in the final. I expect that to be a great match.
EDIT: opening line is Argentina -165. seems a bit high altho I'm not sure how many colombian players will be out due to card suspensions
What was the xG for the second half? How much xG do you get for just that wide open midfield shot at the empty goal?
Lol not sure Colombia is the country you wanna go full malice at the palace on
Nice like Mini-Malice they've got going there
If enough Uruguayans get retrospective red cards for Malice In Charlotte, does Canada win the 3rd place match by default?
the two sweetest words in the english language
whenever i see that stuff i just assume it's because the players saw some idiot drunk fans harassing player family members.
Copa América must be such a cultural shock for people used to american sports. During the 90 minutes each time somebody is touched he rolls in the floor for about 30 seconds. Once the game is over its full players vs fans melee.
Btw that happens every time Uruguay is knocked out of a competion. The same principle applies to club level.

it's been fantastic viewing...on TV at least. Not sure I'd want to be in the stands as a neutral stuck in between brawling fan bases tho.
Epic rant by Bielsa in the press conference. That alone justifies the third place playoff game.
well it's time, for the most important thing happening in usa#1 and the world today ... thats right, you guessed it, the 3rd place game between canada and uruguay
lfg
so we're playing our b team, uruguay look to be playing their starters, and none of them got suspended for their malice in charlottesville thing. lol, jopke
holy ****, kone. goal of the tournament nominee
