We do need picks for sure, but it is 2 years from now the 1st, the funny part is this is what we get for Marner at the end of the day.

I'm not convinced Parayko is all that good anymore, but the Sabres just turned around and traded for two poor defensemen

Certainly makes sense. Analytics show 5-7 minutes is the correct range for down 2, so it wouldn't surprise me to learn that being more aggressive than that is necessary when down 3. Situational, as most things are, of course.

Probably another 30-60 mins for trades to roll in, but wow what a quiet deadline. Let's hope some last min blockbusters were filed on time.

hehe, I am already rock bottom, but yes, mostly, it is slim, but we have a few promising ones in the AHL, which are probably on their way up, I guess now with the fire sale and rebuild.

Good thing is spring is opened up as no playoffs so more time! Without sounding like Matthews or Nylander or few others who are joyful they can go to their mansions and cottages.
