It's gotta be the arm movement which is r3tarded if true. I have no idea how else they can justify this, starts with arms behind his back + ball hits his thigh first. Not a penalty but honestly feel like the rules change all the time and I'm not sure anymore what is and isn't a penalty.
I think the fact that he started with his hands behind his back was the telling moment.

Two questions on the Bayern game (1) why does Harry Kane baulk before kicking his shot for a penalty goal as I thought he didn't have to get up to those shenanigans being a world class striker? (2) Why are the scorelines always so huge in CL games like they are exhibition/warm up/friendly games? Do teams not take defence seriously or are the team's attacking players too good?
