We began working with Juan Francisco Zúñiga Mancilla in June 2025.

In November 2025, Juan Francisco surprised us with a message stating that he had won $584.38 in a tournament he qualified for via two freerolls - entry to the freerolls was obtained due to play under our deal - and that he had withdrawn the money because our deal only covered cash games.

We explained, and showed him in the contract, that all his poker activity, not just cash games is included (freerolls are specifically mentioned), yet Juan Francisco claimed to have spent all the money within a day of withdrawing it.

We have no alternative but to make public the player's behavior, and he now owes us $938.30.

We began working with Pedro Henrique Alves Barbosa in May 2025.

Pedro Henrique stopped playing at the end of September after accumulating a considerable amount of makeup.

After being asked to submit an audit, Pedro Henrique said he was having a family health problem and would not be able to submit the necessary audits.

Pedro had plans to return to his routine, but this did not happen month after month during our conversations with him.

Given what happened, we are not even sure if the makeup was accumulated through playing or unauthorized withdrawals.
