my buddy helped startup one of the biggest dispensaries on the east coast
the entire reason for selling pre rolled joints is two fold - it's a huge markup and it's a good way for them to get rid of the loose bits that are leftover while packagin and harder to sell buds which don't have as much thc crystallization on it
