I don't know who Dylann Roofs is but its pretty disgusting to just flat out disregard the rise of alt left extremism. We have seen attacks on the Wisconsin and Oklahoma capitals. We have seen over $2 billion in property damage in a single summer. We saw a sitting President have to flee to a bunker when black supremacists attacked Washington DC. We have seen multiple LGBTQ+ supremacists shoot up schools in the last year with one being just a few days ago.

There's another like 30 of these guys (I mean, that have already been caught) in America, and they have murdered many more innocent Americans than all of antifa or BLM combined (or trans people, who I understand is your latest boogeyman).

God I get sick of having to repeat myself. But once again Trump hasn't been officially charged or convicted of inciting or taking part in an insurrection. Therefore the 14th amendment is not relevant.

In order to convict former President Trump of this crime, the Special Prosecutor must prove that he fits the following description in 18 U.S.C. § 2383: “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto.” Anyone convicted of insurrection can expect a long prison term and a hefty fine. It would be difficult to convict Trump under this statute, considering that not one participant in the Jan. 6 riot has been charged with insurrection.

Well, first you have to establish that there was an actual insurrection. How do you do that when no-one that participated in Jan 6 has been charged with insurrection?
Almost a dozen have been convicted of seditious conspiracy, which is a much more severe charge than insurrection. Compare the prison time of 18 US Code 2383 vs 2384.
Also 9 separate federal judges have found that Trump engaged in insurrection. So, yeah, it's been established, chief.
