SIDES - Inaugural Game Thread
In this thread, we will play a new word game called Sides. It's somewhat similar to codenames, but cooperative and diff
If you ask random people about this, what are the top 3-5 things they’ll think about or know about it? C5 is one of those top 3-5
Oh ****, we can’t even do a C clue yet. I have no idea what H3 is, but if others do then go for it I guess.

I know what c5 is now.
But the C5/7 fits the “what comes to mind” question as well.
If ervin knows what the h3 is, then he should do it so that one of us can clue the next word if they miss.
That’s why I wanna do c5 before the last turn just in case
H3 made lead to [redacted] or our target and then c5 could lead to [redacted] or our target so with 3 turns we should be good I think
There is a pretty good h6 word too imo. Not sure which is better.
I am pretty sure I know H3 now and think it has a fair chance to get there on its own.

There’s an H10 and an L5 that work well together but sadly can’t combo without skipping a card.
I’m not sure I know S5 for some reason, but H10 and C4 combo almost certainly get it.
Shoots was word- leaves was 60%
60% seems reasonable. I still like L5, but that might just be a me thing and I have no idea if anyone else even knows wtf I’m referencing.
We can try it
Eventually we may need to get to c5 but we’ll need to figure out an IH clue to get to c

agreed; shoots is much more useful/accurate than deciduous imo

treehouse seems like its ok but I don't really get how shoots is ever close to tree house- deciduous is kinda better.
And I don't think deciduous and teepee ever go together.
Hut has really thrown me off.
I was thinking it has straw/thatch on top....but thats got nothing to do with the other clues.
deciduous-shoots-hut makes me think of woodlands, gardeners, forest trails
Spring time or Autumn don't work with hut
I'm wondering if deciduous has less to do with trees shedding their leaves and if it just means that deciduous is a word that's associated with trees.

Next game gonna do reasonable time limits on guesses I think; worst case it means we use a few extra cards and score a bit less; but it’ll be moving faster
