Only the bravest 10,000 of those morons entered the capital to take it over. Of this group of Mensa members, 1,200 were dumb enough to do something on camera (or post on their social media) that led them to get charged with crimes.

First of all, it wasn't an insurrection and second even if it was Trump hasn't been charged let alone convicted of inciting or taking part in an insurrection.
So, the supreme court has no option but to overturn. Probably one of the easiest cases they have ever had to adjudicate.

So yes, the courts have determined the attack was in fact a seditious attack.
Individual persons are charged with crimes that the prosecutors believe, (in the specific cases of those individuals, the cases' they can provide evidence and satisfy U.S. criminal laws' very high standard of “proof beyond reasonable doubt”. The courts and the juries already found the 6th of January attack to be a seditious attack.
Trump has been found guilty of civil crimes. Two of ex-president Donald Trump's upcoming trials, The state's case in Georgia, and the federal case in the District of Columbia, are both criminal rather than civil cases. I expect that juries will find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

There's a big difference between being a snitch and an undercover agent
My guess as to why the FBI witness refused to answer whether there were FBI agents in the crowd is that they were undercover and may still be undercover in the Proud Boys, Oathkeepers, etc. organizations. Saying out loud in public that there were FBI agents at the riot could lead to danger for those agents.
There definitely was a snitch but that is very different.
Thing about conspiracy theorists is that they start with a fact that has nothing to do with what they are about to concoct and then they get creative.
